Does NOT fit:

  • Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty with Power Stroke diesel — diesel engine requires a separate Zone kit
  • Ford F-350 / F-450 DRW (dual rear wheel / dually) — separate Zone kit required for DRW configurations
  • 2022 and earlier Super Duty — different suspension architecture; Zone offers separate kits for 2017–2022 and earlier generations
  • 2WD Super Duty — 4WD only
  • Ford F-450 / F-550 — not confirmed for this kit

2024+ model-specific requirements — critical before ordering:

  • Ball joint cams are included with this kit for 2024+ Super Duty. For trucks with a non-selectable passenger-side hub-lock on the front axle: the non-selectable hub-lock must be replaced with a selectable unit. Ford OEM part number PC3Z-3B396-A is required to prevent grinding noise from the front axle. If your 2024+ truck is not factory equipped with the vacuum system for hub engagement, vacuum lines 3C125-A and/or 3C124 may also be needed — verify with your installer.

Load Scales / Ride Height Sensors — 2023+ advisory: If your Super Duty is equipped with factory Load Scales or Ride Height Sensors, Zone Offroad part ZONF5502 is required to properly remount the sensor linkages after installation. This is a separate purchase. Confirm whether your truck has this equipment before ordering.

Why radius arms matter at 7 inches — not just brackets: At 7 inches of lift on the solid front axle Super Duty, the factory radius arm geometry creates severe caster angle error — the axle rotates forward as the suspension drops the crossmember. This produces a truck that wanders at highway speed, requires constant steering correction, and wears front tires unevenly. Zone's heavy-duty fabricated steel radius arms physically relocate the radius arm mounting positions to restore correct caster geometry at the lifted position. The forged pitman arm corrects the drag link angle to match the corrected track bar angle. These are not supplemental components — they are the engineering solution to the geometry problem that 7 inches of lift creates on this platform.

Coil bowing and spring seating: Zone's own page explicitly calls out the coil bowing problem that occurs when lift brackets don't correctly reposition the radius arm pivot points. When the radius arm angle shifts under lift, the coil spring load path becomes angled — the spring bows laterally rather than compressing vertically. Bowed springs seat incorrectly, transfer loads unevenly, and can produce clunking at full travel. The reinforced bracket design resolves this.

Critical Compatibility

Three platform-specific gates must all be confirmed before ordering:

  1. Gas engine only. The Power Stroke diesel F-250/F-350 requires a separate Zone kit with different component specifications for the heavier diesel engine weight and different front suspension geometry under diesel powertrain weight.
  2. SRW only. Dual rear wheel (DRW / dually) F-350 trucks have different rear axle geometry and spring specifications. A separate Zone DRW-specific kit is required.
  3. 2023–2026 generation only. Ford significantly redesigned the Super Duty for 2023. The 2023–2026 platform uses different suspension mounting geometry than the 2017–2022 and earlier generations. Installing a 2023+ kit on a 2022 or earlier truck produces geometry mismatch. Confirm your exact model year.

2024+ hub-lock — the highest-risk buyer-specific check on this page. Zone's own product page is explicit: 2024+ trucks with non-selectable hub-lock require the Ford OEM selectable hub-lock replacement (PC3Z-3B396-A) alongside the ball joint cams in this kit. Installing the ball joint cams on a non-selectable hub-lock truck without the replacement produces grinding noise from the front axle. This is not a minor vibration — it is axle damage in progress. Identify your hub-lock configuration before installation.

F-350 DRW (dually) — gas or diesel Does NOT fit — separate DRW kit required
2022 and earlier Super Duty (any trim) Does NOT fit — different suspension generation
2023+ with Load Scales / Ride Height Sensors Fits — requires ZONF5502 sensor linkage bracket
2024+ with non-selectable hub-lock Fits — requires PC3Z-3B396-A selectable hub-lock replacement
2WD Super Duty Does NOT fit
F-450 / F-550 Not confirmed

Installation Notes

Skill level: Advanced — professional installation required. 7-inch full radius arm lift on a solid-axle Super Duty involves radius arm replacement, forged pitman arm swap, drop bracket installation, rear block installation, and precision caster/alignment verification. This is not a weekend DIY project without substantial suspension experience.

Full 4-wheel alignment mandatory after installation — caster, camber, toe, and thrust angle must all be verified at the new ride height.

2024+ pre-installation checklist:

  • Ball joint cams included in kit (confirmed by Zone)
  • Hub-lock type identified (selectable vs. non-selectable on passenger side)
  • If non-selectable: PC3Z-3B396-A selectable hub-lock sourced before installation
  • Vacuum line availability confirmed (3C125-A and/or 3C124 if not factory equipped)

Load sensor pre-installation:

  • Confirm whether truck has Load Scales or Ride Height Sensors
  • If yes: ZONF5502 sensor linkage bracket ordered and on hand

Torque all fasteners to Zone specification per included documentation. Never estimate torque on radius arm hardware — these are primary structural components of the front suspension under maximum load.

Re-torque: All suspension fasteners after 500 miles of break-in driving.

LTL freight: Ships at 115 lbs via LTL freight. Residential delivery included — freight carrier will contact you to schedule. Inspect for damage before signing.

Common Questions

What's the difference between this kit and the Zone "Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kit" for 23-26 Super Duty?
These are two different products at different lift heights and geometry approaches. The Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kit uses heavy-duty drop brackets to lower the factory radius arm pivot points — correcting caster and coil seating at a moderate lift height. The ZONF128F (this kit) uses full replacement fabricated steel radius arms in addition to the bracket system, combined with a forged pitman arm for steering correction — a more complete geometry correction system for 7 inches of lift and 37-inch tire clearance. If you need 7 inches and full radius arm geometry correction, ZONF128F is the correct product.

My F-350 is a 2024 diesel — does this fit?
No on both counts. This kit is gas engine SRW only. The diesel Super Duty requires a separate Zone kit, and a DRW (dually) configuration requires a separate DRW-specific kit. Two separate exclusions apply to a 2024 diesel dually.

What is the hub-lock issue on 2024+ trucks?
The 2024+ Super Duty was equipped with either a selectable or non-selectable passenger-side hub-lock on the front axle. The ball joint cams in this kit change the front axle geometry — on trucks with non-selectable hub-locks, this creates binding and grinding in the front axle. The fix is replacing the non-selectable hub-lock with the selectable version (Ford OEM part PC3Z-3B396-A) before or at the time of installation. This is not optional on affected trucks.

What are Load Scales and do I have them?
Load Scales are a factory weight measurement system available on some Super Duty configurations — they use ride height sensors on the suspension to estimate payload weight. If your truck shows a "Payload" or "Load" readout on the gauge cluster or center display, you likely have Load Scales. The suspension sensors for this system must be remounted after lift installation using ZONF5502. Order this part before installation if you have the system.

Does the Fox 2.0 Adventure Series include a warranty?
Yes — Fox shocks carry Fox's own warranty separate from Zone's Factory Protection Plus. Zone's kit-level warranty also covers the system components.

The Obsidian Take

The ZONF128F is Zone's most geometrically complete 7-inch solution for the 2023–2026 gas SRW Super Duty — full replacement fabricated radius arms, forged pitman arm for steering angle correction, caster-corrected bracket geometry, and Fox 2.0 IFP monotube shocks. At 7 inches of lift on a solid-axle heavy-duty truck, half-measures create expensive problems: caster error that wanders at highway speed, coil spring bowing that clunks and wears, drag link angles that produce bump steer. This kit addresses all of those systematically.

The 2024+ hub-lock requirement is the most common installation surprise on this generation Super Duty lift. Zone lists it on the product page because it's a real, documented issue — not a minor edge case. If you have a 2024 or newer Super Duty, confirm your hub-lock type before the installation appointment. A non-selectable hub-lock that isn't swapped before the cams go in creates front axle grinding that requires the truck to come back off the lift for a partial reinstallation. Do it right the first time.

The Load Scales/sensor issue is equally important for affected trucks. The sensor linkage physically changes position relative to the suspension when the truck is lifted — ZONF5502 provides the correct remounting geometry. Without it, the load measurement system produces incorrect readings or throws fault codes.

For a 2023–2026 gas SRW Super Duty owner who wants 7 inches of lift done correctly — full geometry correction, Fox IFP damping, 37-inch tire clearance, and Factory Protection Plus warranty — the ZONF128F is the correct single-order solution. Everything needed is in the kit, with the documented conditional requirements called out explicitly.

This SKU is for: 2023–2026 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD owners with a gas engine (6.8L or 7.3L V8) and single rear wheel configuration who want 7 inches of front lift with full radius arm geometry correction, Fox 2.0 IFP shocks, and 37-inch tire clearance — and who have confirmed all 2024+ conditional requirements and Load Scales sensor status before ordering.

This SKU is NOT for: Power Stroke diesel Super Duty owners (separate kit required), DRW / dually F-350 owners (separate DRW kit required), 2022 and earlier Super Duty owners (different suspension generation), 2WD owners, F-450/F-550 owners, 2024+ owners who haven't addressed the hub-lock and vacuum line requirements, or anyone who wants Nitro shocks instead of Fox (order ZONF128N).
