1. General Agreement By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. These Terms govern all purchases and interactions with our technical support team, based in Alba, Texas.

2. Technical Accuracy & Fitment We provide engineering-level clarity to assist in your build. However:

  • Fitment Verification: While we provide data for every one of our 2,500+ SKUs, the ultimate responsibility for verifying compatibility remains with the customer.

  • Pricing & Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors or incorrect manufacturer data feeds.

  • Imagery: Images are representational; actual finishes (FOX, BDS, JKS, etc.) may vary by manufacturer.

3. Payment, Security & Fraud Prevention All orders undergo a security review via our PCI-compliant gateway.

  • Methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Affirm, and Afterpay.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to request additional identification for high-value orders to prevent unauthorized transactions.

  • Cancellations: Orders enter our automated network rapidly. Once "Processed" by our regional fulfillment centers, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

4. Shipping & Damage Claims

  • Fulfillment: We utilize a direct-to-door distribution model via our National Distribution Network.

  • Damage Reporting: CRITICAL: To align with our 48-hour inspection window in our Shipping Policy, all transit damage or missing components must be reported within 48 hours to ensure carrier insurance eligibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Installation: Obsidian Forged Auto Supply is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.

  • Off-Road Use: Many performance parts are designed for off-road use only; use on public roads is at the user's own risk.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas
