Are these OEM or Aftermarket components? Obsidian Forged specializes exclusively in premium aftermarket performance parts from elite brands like BDS, FOX, and Carli. These are engineered to exceed factory standards.


Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We offer a secure, encrypted checkout supporting all major Credit/Debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order? Because we utilize a high-speed manufacturer-direct fulfillment model, orders enter processing rapidly. If you need to cancel, text us at 469-407-7538 immediately. Once an order is "Processed" by the warehouse, it must follow our standard Return Policy.


Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping really free on everything? Yes. We provide Free Ground Shipping on all 2,000+ SKUs within the Continental US. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via our national warehouse network.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Internationally? No. To ensure secure delivery of heavy performance parts, we ship only to physical addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Returns & Warranties

What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that electrical components and installed parts are non-returnable.

Is there a restocking fee? Yes. Approved returns are subject to a fixed 18% restocking fee. This covers manufacturer-mandated charges, technical inspection, and outbound freight recovery.

How do warranties work? As an authorized dealer, all products we sell carry full Manufacturer Warranties. Whether it’s a BDS "No Fine Print" warranty or a FOX service guarantee, our Texas team will advocate for you and facilitate the entire claim process.
