At Obsidian Forged Auto Supply, we believe a build is only as good as the support behind the parts. We don't just "sell boxes"; we curate a catalog of over 2,000+ specialized SKUs from the most respected names in the off-road industry.

Because we are an authorized distributor for elite brands such as Carli Suspension, FOX, Baja Designs, and Factor 55, our customers are protected by the full strength of original manufacturer warranties.

1. Manufacturer-Backed Coverage

While Obsidian Forged provides engineering-level fitment verification, the individual product warranties are provided and fulfilled by the original manufacturers. Coverage typically includes:

Structural Integrity: Protection against material or workmanship defects (e.g., BDS Suspension’s "No Fine Print" Warranty).
High-Performance Electronics: Circuitry and LED protection for brands like Rigid Industries, sPOD, and Project X.
Precision Hardware: Structural guarantees on recovery gear and chassis components from Factor 55 and Apex Chassis.
Finish & Coating: Limited coverage for specialized finishes on wheels from Anthem, Cali Off-Road, and Off-Road Monster.

2. General Exclusions

To maintain the integrity of the warranty process, manufacturers generally do not cover:

Damage resulting from improper installation or fitment outside our verified technical guides.
Abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the component.
Normal wear items (including bushings, ball joints, and shock seals) unless a defect in workmanship is proven.
Use in professional racing or extreme sanctioned competition (unless explicitly stated by the brand, such as ICON or Cognito).

3. The "Obsidian-Assisted" Claim Process

We understand that navigating a manufacturer claim can be complex. As your technical partner, we advocate for our customers throughout the entire process. To initiate a claim:

Gather Data: Provide your order number, a clear description of the failure, and high-resolution photos of the installed part.
Contact Support: Email your documentation to Support@obsidianforgedautosupply.com.
Technical Review: Our team in Alba, Texas will verify the data and submit it directly to the manufacturer’s engineering department on your behalf.
Resolution: Once the manufacturer issues a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), we coordinate the shipment of your replacement part or credit.

4. Professional Installation & Liability

Given the technical nature of high-performance suspension and electrical systems, many manufacturers (including Carli and JKS) require professional installation to maintain warranty validity. We strongly recommend retaining all receipts from your ASE-certified installer.

Obsidian Forged Auto Supply facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for secondary costs, including labor, towing, or incidental damages resulting from part failure.
