Fitment, Shipping & Product Support

This kit lifts the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 RWD 6 inches up front and 3 inches in the rear using high-strength crossmembers, redesigned steering knuckles, and strut spacers paired with a rear block kit and Zone Nitro Series rear shocks — engineered to correct suspension, steering, and driveline geometry while maintaining ESC system compliance and Blue Cruise compatibility.

Before ordering: Fits 2021–2026 Ford F-150, RWD (2WD) only. Does not fit diesel models. Does not fit Tremor models. Does not fit 4WD configurations. Installation requires frame bracket modification. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5406, sold separately. Confirm your model year's supported trim before ordering — trim availability narrows significantly for 2024 and later years.

Required separately: Carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (required for 2-piece rear driveshaft models). ADAS sensor recalibration by a dealership or ADAS service center is required after installation — all associated costs are the vehicle owner's responsibility.

What Is and Is NOT Included

Included:

  • High-strength crossmembers (lower control arm positioning correction)
  • Redesigned application-specific steering knuckles (geometry and ESC compatibility correction)
  • Strut spacers (6" front lift)
  • Rear lift blocks and extended u-bolts (3" rear lift — this configuration)
  • Zone Nitro Series rear shocks
  • All required installation hardware

Not included:

  • Carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (required for 2-piece rear driveshaft models, sold separately)
  • 4-Inch Block Kit rear lift option (separate configuration, not this SKU/configuration)
  • ADAS recalibration (required post-installation, performed by dealership or ADAS service center)

Critical Compatibility

  • Diesel exclusion: Does not fit diesel models. Gas and flex fuel only.
  • Tremor exclusion: Does not fit Tremor models.
  • 4WD exclusion: RWD (2WD) F-150 only. Does not fit 4WD configurations.
  • Trim availability by year: King Ranch, Lariat, Limited, and Platinum trims are supported for 2021–2023 only. For 2024, 2025, and 2026, only SSV, STX, XL, and XLT are listed in Zone's verified fitment data.
  • Frame bracket modification required: Installation requires modification of the frame bracket. This is not optional.
  • 2-piece rear driveshaft: Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (not included, sold separately). Confirm driveshaft configuration before ordering.
  • Ford Recall 21S25: If your truck is subject to Ford Safety Recall 21S25 (rear driveshaft), complete that recall procedure before installing this kit.
  • Rear block: This configuration uses the 3-inch block kit, which provides a tail-low to level stance. The 4-inch block kit (level to tail-high stance) is a separate configuration. Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4" block — the stock block will not be reinstalled.
  • Crash bars: Crash bars may require modification depending on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure all modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
  • ADAS recalibration: After installation, cameras, radar, LiDAR, and other ADAS sensors — including lane keeping, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and parking assistance — require recalibration by a dealership or certified ADAS service center. All recalibration costs are the vehicle owner's responsibility.
  • Tire fitment: 35" tires are confirmed. Up to 37x12.50 tires may be achievable depending on wheel and tire configuration; trimming may be required. Wheel backspacing specifications for 37" tire configurations were not supplied in the source documentation — confirm with Zone Offroad before selecting a 37" tire and wheel combination.

Installation Notes

Professional installation is strongly recommended for this kit, which is rated Difficult with an estimated 8–10-hour install time. A professional alignment must be completed after installation. ADAS sensor recalibration by a dealership or ADAS service center is also required after installation.

Required tools: 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), Tie Rod End Separator (recommended), torque wrench, reciprocating saw, socket wrench.

Before beginning installation: Confirm driveshaft configuration. If the truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft, carrier bearing shim kit D5406 must be on hand. If the truck is subject to Ford Recall 21S25, complete that recall procedure first.

Frame modification: This installation requires frame bracket modification. Follow the Zone Offroad installation instructions for the approved procedure.

Refer to the current Zone Offroad installation instructions supplied with this kit for complete procedures, torque specifications, and all safety requirements.

The Obsidian Take

The ZONF122N gives the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 RWD a 6-inch front and 3-inch rear lift — this configuration is the 3-inch block kit (tail-low to level stance) with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks and strut spacers up front retaining the OE strut. The redesigned steering knuckles are application-specific to the 2021–2025 F-150 and maintain ESC compliance and Blue Cruise functionality. Five conditions to confirm before ordering: RWD only (no 4WD); gas and flex fuel only (no diesel); no Tremor models; frame bracket modification is required; and 2-piece driveshaft trucks need carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (not included). For 2024 and later, only SSV, STX, XL, and XLT are in Zone's supported trim list — King Ranch, Lariat, Limited, and Platinum buyers on a 2024 or newer truck should verify fitment with Zone directly before ordering.

  • You want Zone Nitro Series rear shocks included.
  • You are prepared for a Difficult-rated, 8–10-hour installation requiring a reciprocating saw, frame bracket modification, and pitman arm puller.
  • You have confirmed your driveshaft configuration and sourced D5406 if your truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft.

  • Your F-150 is a 4WD configuration.

  • You want the tail-high to level stance — that requires the separate 4-inch block kit configuration.

  • You are not prepared to complete ADAS recalibration after installation.
