Fitment, Shipping & Product Support

This kit lifts the F-150 Tremor 5 inches up front and 3 inches in the rear using high-strength crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, and top-mounted strut spacers paired with a rear block kit and Zone Nitro Series shocks and supporting hardware to correct geometry and level the stance.

Before ordering: This kit fits 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor, 4WD, gas models only. It does not fit diesel models. Installation requires frame bracket modification. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5405, sold separately. Confirm driveshaft configuration, wheel diameter (18" minimum), backspacing, and tire size before ordering.

Required separately: Carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (required for 2-piece rear driveshaft models). Professional installation is strongly recommended for this Difficult-rated, 8–10-hour installation. 18" or larger wheels required — stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled after this lift.

  • Top-mounted strut spacers (5" front lift)
  • Rear lift blocks and extended u-bolts (3" rear lift)
  • Differential skid plate
  • Sway bar relocation bracket
  • Brake line relocation brackets
  • Bump stop relocation brackets

Critical Compatibility

  • Diesel exclusion: Does not fit diesel models. Gas models only across all years.
  • Frame bracket modification required: Installation requires modification of the frame bracket. This is not optional.
  • 2-piece rear driveshaft: Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included, sold separately). Verify driveshaft configuration before ordering.
  • Ford Recall 21S25: If your 2021 F-150 Tremor is subject to Ford Safety Recall 21S25 (rear driveshaft), Zone Offroad recommends completing that recall procedure before installing this kit.
  • Wheel diameter: 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled after this lift. Stock 20" wheels can be used with a tire no larger than 305/60R20.
  • Wheel backspacing — 18" wheels: 18" wheels with 5–5.5" backspacing should be test-fit on the vehicle prior to mounting the tire to confirm clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod. 18–20" wheels with 5.5–5.75" backspacing are highly recommended for clearance between the tire and frame crash bar.
  • 37" tires: Require crash bar modification. Crash bar modifications are the end user's responsibility; ensure all modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
  • 4WD actuator hub: Fits models with 4 Auto that do not have the 4WD actuator hub assembly.
  • Rear block: Block kit replaces the factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.

Installation Notes

Professional installation is strongly recommended for this kit, which is rated Difficult with an estimated 8–10-hour install time. A professional alignment must be completed after installation.

Required tools: 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), torque wrench, reciprocating saw, strut compressor.

Before beginning installation: Confirm driveshaft configuration. If the truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft, carrier bearing shim kit D5405 must be on hand before installation begins. If the truck is subject to Ford Recall 21S25, complete that recall procedure first.

Frame modification: This installation requires frame bracket modification. Follow the Zone Offroad installation instructions for the approved procedure.

Refer to the current Zone Offroad installation instructions supplied with this kit for complete procedures, torque specifications, and all safety requirements.

The Obsidian Take

The ZONF107N gives the 2021–2026 F-150 Tremor a 5-inch front and 3-inch rear lift using ductile iron steering knuckles and high-strength crossmembers to correct geometry and maintain ESC compatibility, with Zone Nitro Series shocks included. It is the same kit as ZONF107F with Nitro Series shocks in place of the Fox Adventure Series — choose ZONF107F if you want the Fox upgrade. Four conditions to confirm before ordering: gas models only (no diesel); installation requires frame bracket modification; 2-piece rear driveshaft trucks need carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included); and stock 17" and stock 18" wheels cannot go back on after this lift. For 37" tires, crash bar modification is required and is the owner's responsibility.

This Product Is For You If

  • You own a 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor, 4WD, gas model.
  • You want a 5" front / 3" rear lift with corrected steering geometry and ESC compatibility maintained.
  • You want Zone Nitro Series shocks included at a lower price point than the Fox Adventure Series upgrade.
  • You are running or planning 18–20" wheels with the recommended backspacing for tire and crash bar clearance.
  • You are prepared for a Difficult-rated, 8–10-hour installation requiring a reciprocating saw, strut compressor, and frame bracket modification.
  • You have confirmed your driveshaft configuration and sourced D5405 if your truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft.

This Product Is Not For You If

  • Your F-150 Tremor is a diesel model.
  • Your vehicle is not a 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor.
  • You are not prepared to modify the frame bracket during installation.
  • You have a 2-piece rear driveshaft and are not prepared to obtain carrier bearing shim kit D5405 before installation.
  • You plan to reinstall stock 17" or 18" wheels — they cannot be used after this lift.
  • You want to run 37" tires without performing crash bar modification.
  • You prefer Fox Adventure Series shocks — see ZONF107F.
  • You are not prepared for a Difficult-rated installation requiring a reciprocating saw, strut compressor, and professional alignment.

Common Questions

Does this kit fit diesel F-150 Tremors?
No. Gas models only across all supported years (2021–2026).

Is frame modification required?
Yes. Installation requires frame bracket modification and is not avoidable.

My F-150 has a 2-piece rear driveshaft — what do I need?
Carrier bearing shim kit D5405 is required and not included. Confirm your driveshaft configuration and source the shim kit before ordering.
