Fitment, Shipping & Product Support
This kit lifts the F-150 Tremor 5 inches up front and 3 inches in the rear using high-strength crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, and top-mounted strut spacers paired with a rear block kit, all matched with Fox Adventure Series shocks and supporting hardware to correct geometry and level the stance.
Before ordering: This kit fits 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Tremor, 4WD, gas models only. It does not fit diesel models. Installation requires frame bracket modification. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5405, sold separately. Confirm driveshaft configuration, wheel diameter (18" minimum), backspacing, and tire size before ordering.
Required separately: Carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (required for 2-piece rear driveshaft models). Professional installation is strongly recommended for this Difficult-rated, 8–10-hour installation. 18" or larger wheels required — stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled after this lift.

Critical Compatibility
- Diesel exclusion: Does not fit diesel models. Gas models only across all years.
- Frame bracket modification required: Installation requires modification of the frame bracket. This is not optional.
- 2-piece rear driveshaft: Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included, sold separately). Verify your driveshaft configuration before ordering.
- Ford Recall 21S25: If your 2021 F-150 Tremor is subject to Ford Safety Recall 21S25 (rear driveshaft), Zone Offroad recommends completing that recall procedure before installing this kit.
- Wheel diameter: 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled after this lift. Stock 20" wheels can be used with a tire no larger than 305/60R20.
- Wheel backspacing — 18" wheels: 18" wheels with 5–5.5" backspacing should be test-fit on the vehicle prior to mounting the tire to confirm clearance to the steering knuckle and tie rod. 18–20" wheels with 5.5–5.75" backspacing are highly recommended for clearance between the tire and frame crash bar.
- 37" tires: Require crash bar modification. Crash bar modifications are the end user's responsibility; ensure all modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
- 4WD actuator hub: Fits models with 4 Auto that do not have the 4WD actuator hub assembly.
- Rear block: Block kit replaces the factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
Installation Notes
Professional installation is strongly recommended for this kit, which is rated Difficult with an estimated 8–10-hour install time. A professional alignment must be completed after installation.
Required tools: 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), torque wrench, reciprocating saw, strut compressor.
Before beginning installation: Confirm driveshaft configuration. If the truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft, carrier bearing shim kit D5405 must be on hand before installation begins. If the truck is subject to Ford Recall 21S25, complete that recall procedure first.
Frame modification: This installation requires frame bracket modification. Follow the Zone Offroad installation instructions for the approved procedure.
Refer to the current Zone Offroad installation instructions supplied with this kit for complete procedures, torque specifications, and all safety requirements.
The Obsidian Take
The ZONF107F gives the 2021–2026 F-150 Tremor a 5-inch front and 3-inch rear lift using ductile iron steering knuckles and high-strength crossmembers to correct geometry and maintain ESC compatibility — not just spacers stacked on OE geometry. Fox Adventure Series shocks are included. Four conditions to confirm before ordering: gas models only (no diesel); installation requires frame bracket modification; 2-piece rear driveshaft trucks need carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included); and stock 17" and stock 18" wheels cannot go back on after this lift. For 37" tires, crash bar modification is required and is the owner's responsibility.

- You want a 5" front / 3" rear lift with corrected steering geometry and ESC compatibility maintained.
- You want Fox Adventure Series shocks included with your kit.
- You are running or planning 18–20" wheels with the recommended backspacing for tire and crash bar clearance.
- You are prepared for a Difficult-rated, 8–10-hour installation requiring a reciprocating saw, strut compressor, and frame bracket modification.
- You have confirmed your driveshaft configuration and sourced D5405 if your truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft.

- You want to run 37" tires without performing crash bar modification.
- You are not prepared for a Difficult-rated installation requiring a reciprocating saw, strut compressor, and professional alignment.
Common Questions
Does this kit fit diesel F-150 Tremors?
No. This kit is for gas models only across all supported years (2021–2026).
Is frame modification required?
Yes. Installation requires frame bracket modification. This is not avoidable and is part of the standard installation process for this kit.
My F-150 has a 2-piece rear driveshaft — what do I need?
Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft require carrier bearing shim kit D5405, which is not included with this kit and must be purchased separately. Confirm your driveshaft configuration before ordering.
What wheel diameter does this kit require?
18" or larger wheels are required. Stock 17" and stock 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" wheels can accommodate tires up to 305/60R20.
What backspacing is recommended?
For 18–20" wheels, 5.5–5.75" backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance. If you're running 18" wheels with 5–5.5" backspacing, test-fit the wheel (without a tire mounted) first to confirm clearance at the steering knuckle and tie rod.
Will 37" tires fit?
Up to 37" tires are supported, but crash bar modification is required. Crash bar modifications are the end user's responsibility; confirm all modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
How long does installation take and how difficult is it?
Zone Offroad rates this kit Difficult, with an estimated 8–10-hour installation time.
What tools do I need?
A 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), torque wrench, reciprocating saw, and strut compressor.
What is Ford Recall 21S25?
