Verified Fitment

Year Range Make Model Body Trim Sasquatch
2021–2025 Ford Bronco 2-Door only Badlands Non-Sasquatch ONLY

Does NOT fit:

  • Ford Bronco 4-Door (any trim) — different wheelbase and suspension geometry; order F100 for the 4-Door Badlands Non-Sasquatch
  • Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch Package (option code 17P) — different factory suspension geometry, factory lift height, and wider track; not compatible
  • Ford Bronco Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Wildtrak — non-Badlands geometry; see F94 for the 2-Door non-Badlands non-Sasquatch kit
  • Ford Bronco Everglades — verify trim before ordering
  • Ford Bronco Raptor — different suspension architecture
  • Ford Bronco with HOSS 3.0 suspension — not compatible
  • Ford Bronco Sport — completely different platform
  • 2020 and earlier — Bronco launched 2021

Sasquatch Package identification — mandatory check before ordering: Check your window sticker or door jamb label for "Sasquatch Package" or option code 17P. If 17P is present, this kit does not fit — the Sasquatch Package uses fundamentally different factory suspension geometry, ride height, and track width that are incompatible with this Non-Sasquatch calibrated kit.

2-Door vs. 4-Door — kits are not interchangeable: The 2-Door and 4-Door Bronco have different wheelbases and different front suspension geometry profiles. Zone Offroad engineers separate UCAs for each body style. The F101 UCAs are dimensioned for 2-Door geometry. The F100 UCAs are dimensioned for 4-Door geometry. Do not order F100 for a 2-Door or F101 for a 4-Door.

4-Door Equivalent ZONF100 — 2021–2026 Bronco 4-Door Badlands Non-Sasquatch

Why 2-Door and 4-Door require separate kits: The 2-Door Bronco has a shorter wheelbase and a different front suspension geometry profile than the 4-Door. Zone Offroad engineers separate UCAs for each body style to achieve correct caster, camber, and ball joint angles at the lifted position on their respective platform dimensions. The kits are not interchangeable — installing 4-Door UCAs on a 2-Door produces incorrect geometry at lift height and vice versa.

Why UCAs matter at 3.5 inches — not just spacers: A spacer-only lift raises ride height but leaves factory UCA geometry in place. At 3.5 inches, factory UCAs operate outside their designed caster and camber range, accelerating ball joint wear and introducing alignment instability. Zone's Adventure Pro Series UCAs re-establish correct caster, camber, and ball joint angles at the lifted position for more stable alignment and reduced component wear.

Factory shocks at 3.5 inches: Factory Bronco Badlands dampers are retained and operate near the limit of their designed travel range at 3.5 inches. For street use and moderate trail use, this is adequate. For aggressive off-road use — high-speed desert running, rock crawling, or sustained rough terrain — an aftermarket shock upgrade is recommended.

What Is and Is NOT Included

Included NOT Included
Adventure Pro Series upper control arms (UCAs) — 2-Door geometry, maintenance-free, improved strength and travel Shocks — factory Bronco Badlands dampers retained
2-piece strut spacers — 3.5" front / 2.5" rear lift Alignment — required post-installation; budget separately
All required hardware

Critical Compatibility

Two mandatory checks — both must be confirmed before ordering:

Check 1 — 2-Door body: This kit is for the 2-Door Bronco only. Order F100 for the 4-Door. The suspension geometry is not shared between body styles — the UCAs are different parts for different applications.

Check 2 — Non-Sasquatch: Check your window sticker for option code 17P. If Sasquatch is present, stop — this kit does not fit the Sasquatch geometry. Zone Offroad engineers a separate kit for Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.

37" x 12.50" tire caveat: Zone's own installation notes confirm 37" x 12.50" tires will work at ride height on this kit, but will contact the front body mount and possibly the rear inner fender through full wheel travel and at full steering lock. If running 37" x 12.50" with full suspension travel, those contact areas must be addressed before trail use.

HOSS 3.0 — not compatible. The Bronco's HOSS 3.0 suspension package uses position-sensitive Internal Bypass Shocks (IBP) that are not compatible with this kit's suspension geometry. HOSS 3.0-equipped Broncos require a different lift solution.

Scenario Result
2021–2025 Bronco 2-Door Badlands — Non-Sasquatch Confirmed fit
Bronco with Sasquatch Package (option code 17P) Does NOT fit
Bronco 4-Door (any trim) Does NOT fit — order F100 for 4-Door Badlands
Bronco 2-Door Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Wildtrak Does NOT fit — order F94 for 2-Door non-Badlands
Bronco with HOSS 3.0 suspension Does NOT fit
Bronco Raptor Does NOT fit
Bronco Sport Does NOT fit — different platform
Running 37" x 12.50" tires with full suspension travel Requires fender/body mount clearance work

Installation Notes

Skill level: Intermediate to advanced — UCA replacement requires suspension disassembly; professional installation is recommended. No drilling required.

Full front-end alignment mandatory after installation. UCA replacement directly affects caster and camber settings. Do not drive at highway speeds without a professional alignment first.

CV axle nut note: Zone's installation instructions confirm the CV axle nut may need to be loosened and re-torqued on the ground with the vehicle at ride height (weight on suspension). Do not final-torque the CV axle nut at full droop.

Tools required: Standard suspension hand tools, torque wrench. No drill required.

Re-torque: All suspension fasteners after 500 miles of break-in driving.

Factory shock planning: For aggressive off-road use, source a compatible aftermarket shock alongside this kit and integrate both at the same installation — avoiding a second suspension disassembly later.

Shipping: At 8.5 lbs, free standard shipping to the Lower 48. No LTL coordination required.

Common Questions

What's the difference between F101 and F100?
Body style only. Both are Zone Offroad Adventure Series 3.5" front / 2.5" rear kits for the Badlands Non-Sasquatch platform with Adventure Pro Series UCAs and 2-piece strut spacers. F101 is engineered for the 2-Door — shorter wheelbase, 2-door-specific UCA geometry. F100 is engineered for the 4-Door. Do not interchange them.

How do I know if my Bronco has the Sasquatch Package?
Check your window sticker or door jamb label for "Sasquatch Package" or option code 17P. If it's present, this kit does not fit. The Sasquatch Package includes factory 35-inch tires, flared fenders, and different suspension geometry. Zone Offroad offers a separate Sasquatch-specific lift.

My Bronco 2-Door is a Wildtrak — does this fit?
No. The ZONF101 is engineered specifically for the Badlands Non-Sasquatch suspension geometry. The Wildtrak uses different front suspension tuning. For the 2-Door non-Badlands non-Sasquatch Bronco, order F94.

Does this fit the HOSS 3.0 suspension?
No. Zone explicitly excludes HOSS 3.0 models — the IBP position-sensitive shocks in that package are not compatible with this kit's geometry.

Will 37-inch tires fit with this kit?
Yes at ride height — but at full wheel travel and steering lock to lock, 37" x 12.50" tires may contact the front body mount and rear inner fender. Those areas must be addressed if running that tire size with full suspension travel. Smaller 37" wheel-and-tire combinations or standard 35" packages clear without issue.

Do I need an alignment after installation?
Yes — mandatory. UCA replacement changes caster and camber geometry. A professional front-end alignment is required before highway driving.

The Obsidian Take

The ZONF101 delivers the same UCA-based geometry correction as the 4-Door F100 — calibrated specifically for the 2-Door Bronco's shorter wheelbase and different front suspension geometry. The engineering distinction between the two kits is real: the UCA dimensions are different because the suspension geometry profiles are different. A 2-Door owner who orders the F100 by mistake is installing UCAs designed for a different platform.

The geometry correction rationale is the same across both kits: at 3.5 inches, spacers alone leave factory UCAs operating outside their designed caster and camber range. The Adventure Pro Series UCAs in the F101 are dimensioned specifically to restore correct geometry at the 2-Door lifted position — ball joint angles, caster correction, and camber — for more stable alignment and reduced long-term component wear.

The 37" tire caveat is worth planning around. Zone confirms clearance for 35–37" tires at ride height, but 37" x 12.50" specifically contacts the front body mount and rear inner fender through full wheel travel and steering lock. For a trail-driven 2-Door running that tire size, addressing those contact points is part of the build plan — not a post-install surprise.

Factory shocks are adequate at this lift height for street and moderate trail use. For a 2-Door Bronco being built for serious off-road use, plan for the shock upgrade before installation day.

This SKU is for: 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 2-Door Badlands owners who have confirmed Non-Sasquatch geometry (no option code 17P), want UCA-based geometry-corrected 3.5-inch front / 2.5-inch rear lift with clearance for 35–37-inch tires, and are retaining factory shocks for street and moderate trail use.

This SKU is NOT for: Bronco 4-Door owners (order F100), Sasquatch-equipped owners, HOSS 3.0 Bronco owners, Raptor owners, non-Badlands trim owners (order F94 for 2-Door), Bronco Sport owners (different platform), or anyone running 37" x 12.50" tires who hasn't planned for fender and body mount clearance work.
