Fitment, Shipping & Product Support

Overview

This is Zone Off Road's 3.5" Adventure Series lift kit for the 4-door Ford Bronco Badlands — a strut-spacer-based system for both front and rear, built off the factory suspension geometry, using a 2-piece strut spacer design and Adventure Pro Series upper control arms. It lifts the front 3.5" and the rear 2.5", with clearance for 35"–37" tires. The kit is manufactured in the USA and does not include shocks.

Before ordering: This kit fits the Ford Bronco Badlands edition only — it does not fit Bronco Sport, and is not compatible with HOSS 3.0, Raptor, or Sasquatch models. Verified fitment years are 2021–2025. This listing is for the 4-Door configuration. Confirm your exact Badlands configuration (and that it is not HOSS 3.0, Raptor, or Sasquatch equipped) before ordering.

Required separately: This kit does not include shocks. Your factory Badlands shocks (or a separately sourced shock) will be used with this kit — confirm compatibility before ordering. If running 37x12.50 tires at full suspension travel, address body mount and inner fender clearance separately (see Critical Compatibility).

What Is and Is NOT Included

Included:

  • 2-piece front strut spacers
  • Rear strut spacers
  • Adventure Pro Series upper control arms
  • All necessary installation hardware

Not included:

  • Shocks
  • Wheels and tires

Critical Compatibility

  • Badlands edition only. Does not fit Bronco Sport. Not compatible with HOSS 3.0, Raptor, or Sasquatch models.
  • Lift split: This kit lifts the front 3.5" and the rear 2.5" — these are different heights, not a uniform 3.5" lift front and rear.
  • CV axle nut: May need to be loosened and tightened with the vehicle's weight on the ground during installation.
  • 37x12.50 tire clearance: These tires will work at ride height, but may still contact the front body mount and possibly the rear inner fender through wheel travel and steering lock-to-lock. If running this tire size and using the full suspension travel, these clearance areas must be addressed.
  • Recommended tire/wheel combinations: 37x12.5 tires with 20x9 wheels and 5"–5.5" backspace; 35x11.5 tires with 20x9 wheels and 5"–6" backspace; 35x12.5 tires with 20x9 wheels and 5"–5.5" backspace. Trimming may be required for any of these.
  • Not for competition or commercial use under full warranty terms: Competition/racing use voids the warranty entirely; commercial-application vehicles carry only a 1-year warranty term rather than the full coverage described above.

Installation Notes

Estimated install time is 3–4 hours; Zone rates this installation as Moderate difficulty, requiring only basic hand tools. The CV axle nut may need to be loosened and tightened with the vehicle's weight on the ground as part of the installation sequence. Zone strongly recommends installation by a certified mechanic; if self-installing, read, understand, and follow all instructions and warnings before beginning. Refer to the current Zone Off Road installation instructions supplied with this kit for complete procedures, torque specifications, and all safety requirements.

The Obsidian Take

The ZONF100 is Zone Off Road's 3.5" Adventure Series lift kit built specifically for the 4-door Ford Bronco Badlands — a strut-spacer-only system, front and rear, that doesn't touch your factory shocks, using Adventure Pro Series upper control arms for improved strength and travel. It's a relatively quick install (3–4 hours, basic hand tools) compared to the more involved F-150 and Ram kits in this catalog. Confirm these application conditions before ordering: it's Badlands-only, explicitly excludes HOSS 3.0, Raptor, and Sasquatch models, and running 37x12.50 tires at full suspension travel may require addressing body mount and fender clearance separately.

This Product Is For You If

  • You own a 2021–2025 Ford Bronco Badlands, 4-door, that is not HOSS 3.0, Raptor, or Sasquatch equipped.
  • You want a moderate lift (3.5" front / 2.5" rear) using strut spacers rather than a more involved coilover or knuckle-based system.
  • You're keeping your factory shocks rather than upgrading them.
  • You are running up to 35"–37" tires with appropriate wheel backspacing, and are prepared to address body/fender clearance if running 37x12.50 at full travel.
  • You are prepared for a moderate-difficulty, 3–4 hour installation with basic hand tools.

This Product Is Not For You If

  • Your Bronco is not the Badlands trim, or is a Bronco Sport.
  • Your Bronco is HOSS 3.0, Raptor, or Sasquatch equipped.
  • You want new shocks included with the kit — this kit does not include shocks.
  • Your Bronco is the 2-door configuration and this listing's 4-Door specification doesn't match your vehicle.
  • You intend to use the vehicle for competition or racing.

Common Questions
