Fitment, Shipping & Product Support

The sPOD BantamX Switch Panel Kit (SKU 870095) is the vehicle-specific 8-circuit solid-state power management system engineered for the 2022–2025 Polaris RZR Pro R and RZR Pro R 4. It mounts an 8-circuit LED switch panel directly in the cab for always-accessible operator control of lighting, communications, and off-road electronics — through current-sensing MOSFET technology with no fuses, no relays, and a single CAT-6 Ethernet cable between the module and panel. Expandable to 32 channels. Operates on 12V or 24V DC.

BantamX Switch Panel Kit vs. HD BantamX Kit — Mounting Configuration

Same platform. Same 8 circuits. Same BantamX module. The difference is where the panel lives and how the module is positioned.

SKU Kit Panel Location Module Location Price Difference
870095 (this listing) BantamX Switch Panel Kit In-cab switch panel With module —
870092 HD BantamX Kit Roof bar panel Passenger footwell +$220

Choose 870095 for always-accessible in-cab operator control. Choose 870092 if you prefer the roof bar panel and footwell module configuration. Note: the 870092 PCM bracket may interfere with aftermarket accessories mounted on the passenger footwell.

Critical Compatibility — Does NOT Fit

FITMENT: This SKU is built for the 2022–2025 Polaris RZR Pro R and RZR Pro R 4 only. Sport and Premium trim production gaps exist — confirm your exact model year and trim before ordering. Questions? Text (469) 407-7538.

Configuration Reason
2026 Polaris RZR Pro R Compatibility not confirmed for 2026. Verify before ordering.
Polaris RZR Turbo R Different chassis platform. Not compatible with this SKU.
RZR Pro R Sport — 2023 or 2024 model year Sport trim was not produced in 2023 or 2024. No vehicle exists to fit.
RZR Pro R Premium — 2025 model year Premium trim was not produced in 2025. No vehicle exists to fit.
Any RZR platform other than Pro R Different chassis and electrical architecture. Not compatible without specific confirmation.
Winches and high-draw recovery motors Circuits are rated 30A max. Winches draw 250–400A under load. Do not run a winch through any sPOD circuit. Wire winches direct to battery through a dedicated relay.
Any accessory requiring more than 30A per circuit 30A is the hard ceiling per circuit. High-draw devices require direct battery wiring outside this system.

Common Questions

I have a 2023 RZR Pro R Sport. Does this fit? No. The RZR Pro R Sport was not produced in 2023 or 2024 — those model years do not exist for the Sport trim. If your machine is a 2023, it is either the Premium or Ultimate trim. Confirm your exact trim on your window sticker or title before ordering. Text (469) 407-7538 if you need help confirming fitment.

Does the BantamX replace or tap into the RZR's factory wiring? No. The BantamX module connects directly to the battery via the included 84-inch cable set. The single CAT-6 cable runs from the module to the in-cab switch panel. No factory circuits are tapped, no wires are cut, no holes are drilled.

What accessories can I run, and what is the real load limit? The BantamX handles up to 8 independent 12V or 24V DC accessories at 30A per circuit — LED light bars, auxiliary driving lights, air compressors, CB radios, cameras, heated seats, and similar mid-draw accessories. Total system capacity is 100A across all 8 circuits simultaneously. What it cannot run: winches or any device drawing more than 30A per circuit. Wire those direct to the battery through a dedicated relay.

Can I expand beyond 8 circuits later? Yes. The BantamX has two RJ45 controller ports and is expandable to 32 channels via the sPOD BantamX add-on system. The Switch Panel Kit (870095) is not a closed system — it is the foundation of an expandable power management architecture.

What does installation actually take — time, tools, and skill level? Intermediate DIY level. No wire cutting, drilling, or crimping required. The vehicle-specific mounting bracket eliminates custom fabrication. Plan for 2–3 hours for a clean finished install. Basic hand tools handle the battery terminal connections. If you are not comfortable working at the battery terminals, have a qualified technician complete that step. Text (469) 407-7538 with pre-install questions.

The Obsidian Take

The BantamX Switch Panel Kit (870095) is for the RZR Pro R operator who wants 8 circuits of clean, fuse-free accessory power managed from a dedicated in-cab panel — and wants a system that can grow with the build. The expandability to 32 channels means this kit is never a ceiling; it is a starting point.

If you want the panel on the roof bar instead of in the cab, order 870092. If you are running fewer than 8 accessories and want a simpler entry point, look at the SourceLT Mini6 lineup instead.

Eight circuits. Zero fuses to pull on the trail. One cable into the cab. And room to double it when the build demands it.
