The sPOD BantamX Non-Switch Panel Kit (SKU 870114) is the universal 8-circuit solid-state BantamX power module with 36-inch battery cables — no switch panel included. Designed for builders who already have a compatible sPOD switch panel, are running app-based wireless control, or are building a custom electrical system where the module and control interface need to be specified separately. Eight circuits at 30A each, expandable to 32 channels. Operates on 12V or 24V DC.
Switch panel is NOT included. This is the BantamX module and 36-inch cables only. If you need a complete kit with a switch panel, order the BantamX HD universal kit or a vehicle-specific BantamX kit instead.

Does this kit work as a standalone wireless controller right out of the box? Yes — with the sPOD app. The BantamX module has built-in Bluetooth and is fully functional with the free sPOD app as the sole control interface. Download the app, pair, label your circuits, and control all 8 from your phone. If you want physical switches later, add a compatible sPOD switch panel and connect it via the RJ45 port.
My build needs more than 8 circuits. Can I expand this module? Yes. The BantamX has two RJ45 controller ports and is expandable to 32 channels. Up to 4 BantamX units can be daisy-chained. Order an additional BantamX module and connect via the second controller port when ready to expand.
Why 36-inch cables instead of 84-inch? 36-inch cables are the right choice when the module mounts close to the battery — most UTV engine bays, compact overland setups, and short routing paths. If your module location is more than 3 feet from the battery, order the 84-inch cable version to avoid a splice or extension.
Can I run two different switch panels on the same BantamX module? Yes. The BantamX has two RJ45 controller ports — you can run two physical switch panels simultaneously, or one panel plus app-based Bluetooth control, from a single module.
What mounting hardware is included? None specific — this is a universal module with no vehicle-specific bracket. Mount using the 1/4-20 threaded studs on the module housing to suit your build's available mounting surface. Use the 90-degree bracket (910275) or flat bracket (910330) if needed.
