Fitment, Shipping & Product Support
This vehicle-specific power management kit integrates the sPOD HD switch panel into the factory sunglass holder location of the 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty upper console, providing 8 circuits of 30-amp power per channel with adjustable RGB backlighting, Bluetooth app control, programmable output modes, built-in low-voltage cutoff protection, and uLINK scalability to 32 channels — connected by a 15-foot ethernet cable with no relays, wiring looms, or circuit fuses required.
Before ordering: This is a Built to Order product. Call for availability and lead time before placing your order. Fits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty. Confirm your cab and console configuration includes the factory sunglass holder location before ordering.
Required separately: Accessory devices and any additional circuits beyond the included 8-channel BantamX system. Additional BantamX modules required for uLINK expansion beyond 8 channels (up to 32 channels total, sold separately).

Critical Compatibility
- Fits 2023–2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty only.
- HD switch panel is designed to replace the factory sunglass holder in the upper console. Confirm your truck's upper console includes this factory sunglass holder location before ordering.
- This is a Built to Order product — contact OFAS before ordering to confirm availability and lead time.
- Use only the included sPOD battery cables on the positive and negative terminal studs of the BantamX board. Attaching any other cable to these terminals voids the warranty.
- Connecting battery cables with reversed polarity voids the warranty.
- Do not connect an aftermarket brake controller, high-amp solenoid, or high-amp relay to the same positive battery post used by the BantamX system. Per manufacturer documentation, this causes irreversible damage and voids all warranties.
- Do not cut, splice, or otherwise modify the supplied wiring, connectors, or switches, and do not remove actuators without the manufacturer's specific actuator removal tool. Any such modification voids the warranty.
- Water, liquid, or chemical damage to any electrical component voids the warranty.
- uLINK scalability to 32 channels requires additional BantamX modules (sold separately).
Installation Notes
Professional installation is strongly recommended. This installation involves removing interior trim panels including the driver-side dash endcap, grab handle trim, A-pillar trim (airbag caution applies), sun visor, and sunglass holder assembly. The 15-foot ethernet cable is routed through the upper console, across the headliner, down the A-pillar, through the dash, and through the firewall into the engine compartment to connect to the BantamX PCM. The PCM bracket mounts between the battery box and fender. Both batteries must be disconnected before beginning installation.
Required tools: 10mm socket, 13mm wrench, 7/16" socket, 2.5mm hex key, 3mm hex key, T10 Torx bit, T20 Torx bit, trim removal tools.
Before beginning: Park the vehicle on level ground with the parking brake engaged. Disconnect the negative battery cable from both batteries before starting.
After installation: Tie all wires away from sharp, hot, and rotating components. Re-torque all fasteners after the first 100 miles.
Refer to the current sPOD/Baja Designs installation instructions for this SKU for complete procedures, torque specifications, and all safety requirements. A color copy of the instructions is available at BajaDesigns.com under your vehicle-specific application.
The Obsidian Take
The 870141 sits between the 870142 SourceLT Mini6 and the 870140 BantamX Touchscreen — it shares the BantamX platform's 8-circuit capacity, 12/24 VDC support, uLINK scalability, and dual controller ports with the 870140, but uses a physical HD switch panel with adjustable RGB backlighting instead of a digital touchscreen. The HD panel's backlit silicone buttons with positive tactile feedback suit owners who want physical switch confirmation over a touchscreen interface. Installation is identical across all three Ford Super Duty kits: both batteries off, A-pillar trim removed with airbag awareness, 15-foot ethernet cable routed through the headliner. Built to Order — call ahead to confirm availability before placing the order.
This Product Is For You If
- You own a 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty with the factory sunglass holder in the upper console.
- You want a factory-integrated physical HD switch panel with adjustable RGB backlighting rather than a digital touchscreen.
- You need 8 independently controlled, 30-amp circuits with Bluetooth app programming.
- You want built-in low-voltage cutoff protection and deep sleep mode.
- You want the ability to expand to up to 32 channels through uLINK as your build grows.
- Your vehicle runs a 12 VDC or 24 VDC electrical system.
- You are prepared for a multi-step interior installation involving A-pillar trim removal and dual-battery disconnection.
This Product Is Not For You If
- Your vehicle is not a 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty.
- Your truck's upper console does not have a factory sunglass holder in the location this kit replaces.
- You prefer a digital touchscreen controller — see SKU 870140.
- You need only 6 circuits — see SKU 870142 for the SourceLT Mini6 option.
- You plan to connect an aftermarket brake controller, high-amp solenoid, or high-amp relay to the same positive battery post as the BantamX.
- You plan to cut, splice, or modify the supplied wiring.
- You are not prepared for a multi-step interior installation requiring A-pillar trim removal and dual-battery disconnection.
