This panel requires an existing sPOD BantamX or SourceSE 8-circuit power management system. It is not a standalone system. It adds a second physical HD control interface to an existing build — a second location in the cab, a cargo area panel, or a replacement for a damaged HD panel. It will not function without a compatible sPOD 8-circuit source module.
The sPOD Add-On HD Switch Panel (SKU 8-800-HD ADD) is the universal 8-switch physical control panel for sPOD BantamX and SourceSE 8-circuit systems. Precision-machined billet aluminum housing with 8 RGB backlit silicone-button switches, Bluetooth LE programming, and a single RJ45 jack for CAT-6 connection to the source module. Use it to add a second control location to an existing BantamX or SourceSE build, or as a standalone physical panel alongside a touchscreen on the same system.

Common Questions
Can I run this alongside my existing BantamX touchscreen or SE Touchscreen? Yes. The HD panel runs in conjunction with the SE Touchscreen, SE 8-switch panels, and Bluetooth simultaneously on the same system. All control interfaces operate the same 8 circuits on the source module.
The Bluetooth range is only 5–15 feet — is that a problem? Only if you intended to use Bluetooth as a remote control interface. The Bluetooth on the HD panel is for programming — setting dimming levels, strobe patterns, momentary behavior, and switch linking. For ongoing accessory activation, use the physical switches. If remote control from a distance is the priority, the BantamX app via phone Bluetooth provides better range.
What is Deep Sleep and should I worry about it? Deep Sleep activates automatically after 6 hours of inactivity — no usage of the HD panel and no engine running. When it activates, it turns off all accessories that were left on, including refrigerators and other sustained-draw accessories. If you are running a fridge or any accessory that needs to stay on during extended stops, configure your system to account for the 6-hour timeout.
Does this panel include a mounting bracket? Yes — a universal articulating mount is included, along with two 1/4-20 pressed-in studs on the back for flat surface mounting. For vehicle-specific mounting positions, use the sPOD 90-degree bracket (910275) or flat bracket (910330) for a clean permanent installation.
