The ReadyLIFT 67-30320 Xtreme-Duty UCAs are the same arms found in ReadyLIFT's 3" SST Lift Kit for the GM HD platform, now available standalone. Laser-cut and CNC-bent 4130 chromoly plate steel construction, 1-ton spring-loaded high-angle HD ball joints, CNC-machined billet aluminum ball joint caps, and proprietary TCT free-float pivot bushings with side-biter washers — this is the most durable UCA available for the 2020–2025 GM HD platform.
The Result
One pair of Xtreme-Duty fabricated steel upper control arms laser-cut and CNC-bent from .125" 4130 chromoly plate steel with corrected pivot cup angles for leveled and lifted applications. 1-ton spring-loaded high-angle HD ball joints maintain factory driving experience under the load of heavy aftermarket wheels and tires. CNC-machined billet aluminum ball joint caps protect the joint from road debris, salt, and sand to extend service life. Frame-side pivots feature ReadyLIFT's proprietary TCT (Terrain Control Technology) bushings — self-lubricating, free-floating inner sleeve design that eliminates friction (the most common cause of traditional bushing failure), with side-biter washers to aid in maintaining alignment settings. Anthracite gray powder coat finish with stainless steel ReadyLIFT brand arm badge.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
No wheel or tire restrictions specific to this component. UCAs correct suspension geometry on leveled and lifted GM HD applications — verify your total front lift height and tire clearance with your existing lift configuration before ordering.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on UCA replacement. All UCA hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height — do not torque with the suspension hanging. Side-biter washers must be properly seated to aid in alignment retention. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution when towing or hauling. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after any suspension geometry change.
