Description
ReadyLIFT High-Angle Ball Joint Upper Control Arms | 2004–2020 Ford F-150 Stock/Leveled & 6" Lift
Is This for You?
You're running a 2004–2020 Ford F-150 — stock, leveled, or lifted up to 6" — and you need upper control arms that deliver race-style strength and wheel travel without the noise and harshness of traditional uni-ball arms. The ReadyLIFT 67-21640 UCAs are engineered with a proprietary High-Angle Ball Joint that provides increased strength and angle for greater wheel travel across the full lift range from stock height through 6" ReadyLIFT kits — with OE-like ride quality on-road. Gusseted housings, a sealed billet dust cap, and TCT maintenance-free pivot bushings make these the most durable and quiet UCAs available for the 12th and 13th generation F-150 platform.
The Result
One pair of DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) round tube steel upper control arms with corrected ball joint cup angles, gusseted pivot and ball joint housings for maximum clearance and strength, and a proprietary High-Angle Ball Joint for increased strength and wheel travel without sacrificing ride quality. A billet O-ring dust cap and sealed ball joint assembly protect the joint from corrosion, dirt, and debris in harsh off-road conditions. ReadyLIFT TCT (Terrain Control Technology) maintenance-free, self-lubricating pivot bushings on the frame end ensure quiet, durable, and stable pivot performance. Super-durable polyester black powder coat finish for long-term corrosion resistance. Compatible with stock wheels and tires.
Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
✅ Fits: 2004–2014 Ford F-150 (stock/leveled and 6" ReadyLIFT lift — max assembled coilover length 22.5")
✅ Fits: 2014–2020 Ford F-150 (stock/leveled and 6" ReadyLIFT lift — max assembled coilover length 23")
❌ Does NOT fit: 2021 and newer Ford F-150 — see 67-21350 (3.5" lift) or 67-21440 (2"–3.5" lift) for 2021–2026 applications
❌ Note: If using with a 6" kit, do not exceed 27.75" extended coilover length or binding will occur
❌ Note: If using 67-21640 with a non-ReadyLIFT-approved kit, you must cycle the suspension to verify nothing binds — ReadyLIFT will not warranty non-approved kit combinations

Wheel & Tire Fitment
Compatible with stock wheels and tires. Verify your total front lift height and coilover length before ordering — coilover length limits are generation-specific and must not be exceeded. If using with a non-ReadyLIFT-approved kit, cycle the suspension through full travel to verify no binding before finalizing installation.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on UCA replacement. All UCA hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height — do not torque with the suspension hanging. Verify coilover length does not exceed the generation-specific limits before finalizing installation. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation to verify corrected ball joint angles and lock in geometry. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, BLIS, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after any suspension geometry change.
Engineering Question: What is your F-150 model year (2004–2014 or 2014–2020) and your current front lift height? Coilover length limits differ between generations — 2004–2014 trucks must not exceed 22.5" assembled, and 2014–2020 trucks must not exceed 23" assembled. Confirm your coilover length and lift kit brand before ordering if using with a non-ReadyLIFT kit.
