You're running a 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty with the factory onboard scales option, aftermarket tubular radius arms, and any ReadyLIFT lift kit — and the factory auto-leveling headlight sensor arm has nowhere to mount. The 67-23210 and 67-23410 relocation brackets mount to the factory radius arms, which are no longer present on your build. The ReadyLIFT 67-23610 is the bypass solution — it eliminates the sensor arm connection to the radius arms entirely, locks the headlights in a fixed position, and eliminates warning lights without requiring any radius arm mounting point.
The Result
Two auto headlight bypass brackets — LH and RH — with a full hardware pack bypass the factory auto-leveling headlight sensor arm and lock the headlights in a fixed position. This eliminates the need for any radius arm mounting point, making the 67-23610 the correct solution for trucks equipped with aftermarket tubular radius arms at any ReadyLIFT lift height. The result is a clean, warning-light-free installation with no sensor arm binding and no radius arm dependency.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on bypass bracket kit requiring no cutting or welding. Installing this bracket bypasses the factory auto-leveling headlight function — headlights will be locked in a fixed position and must be manually aimed after installation per DOT requirements. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, automatic headlight leveling, and BLIS must be verified after installation. If your Super Duty retains factory stock radius arms, use 67-23210 (up to 2.5" lift) or 67-23410 (3.5"–6" lift) instead.
