You're running a 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty equipped with the factory onboard scales option, and your ReadyLIFT leveling or lift kit is triggering headlight warning lights or causing the auto-leveling headlight sensor to contact your tires. The factory sensor mount was not designed to accommodate lifted ride heights, and without a purpose-built relocation bracket, the sensor arm binds, throws codes, and limits tire clearance. The ReadyLIFT 67-23210 is the engineered solution — designed specifically for Super Duty trucks with onboard scales and leveling kits up to 2.5" of front lift.

The Result
Two headlight leveling brackets — one right (passenger) and one left (driver) — relocate the front auto-leveling headlight sensor to the factory radius arms, moving the sensor rearward for improved tire clearance and adjusting the travel limits for proper sensor function at the new ride height. A 1" bump stop extension and full hardware pack complete the kit. The result is a properly functioning auto-leveling headlight system with no warning lights and improved tire clearance — all without modifying the factory radius arms.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on bracket kit requiring no cutting or welding. These brackets are only compatible with factory stock radius arms — do not install on trucks equipped with aftermarket radius arms. Headlight aim position must be manually set per the full ReadyLIFT instructions before completing installation — do not skip this step. For ReadyLIFT kits with 3.5"–6" of front lift, use 67-23410 instead. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, automatic headlight leveling, and BLIS must be verified after installation.
