Is This for You?
- You're running 35s or larger on your Super Duty and the front end wanders at highway speed — every expansion joint sends a correction through the wheel and your arms are tired by mile 200.
- You tow heavy and hit rough two-lane roads — trailer sway starts at the front axle, and a single stabilizer isn't enough damping mass to keep the steering planted under load.
- You've already lifted your F-250 or F-350 and the geometry change made bump steer worse — you need a dual-damper setup engineered for the corrected tie rod angles, not a band-aid single unit.
The Result
- Dual Falcon steering dampers eliminate the resonance frequency that causes shimmy and wander on solid front axle Super Dutys running oversized tires.
- Dedicated axle bracket, tie rod brackets (driver and passenger), and top plate maintain correct damper geometry across the full suspension travel range.
- Bump steer is reduced, steering response time improves, and driver fatigue drops on long hauls and technical terrain.
The engineering case for a dual stabilizer on a solid front axle is straightforward: a single damper operates on one side of the tie rod and reaches its damping limit faster under high-frequency inputs — washboard roads, highway expansion joints, or aggressive off-camber terrain. The ReadyLIFT 77-23200 mounts two Falcon steering dampers symmetrically across the axle using a dedicated rear axle bracket and individual tie rod brackets for both the driver and passenger sides. This geometry distributes the damping load across both ends of the drag link and tie rod assembly, preventing the single-point deflection that causes shimmy onset. Falcon's internal valving is tuned for the inertia loads specific to 3/4-ton and 1-ton solid axle platforms — not a universal application. The included U-bolt hardware (3/8"-16 x 1.5 x 2.50) and hardware pack are application-specific to this bracket assembly.

Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
✅ Fits:
- 2005–2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD
- 2005–2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD (SRW)
- Diesel and gas engine variants — both confirmed fitment
❌ Does NOT Fit:
- 2WD F-250 or F-350 — solid front axle required
- F-350 DRW (Dually) — verify axle and bracket clearance before ordering
- F-450 / F-550 — different axle and tie rod geometry, not compatible
- Ford F-150 — independent front suspension, incompatible application
Installation & Fabrication Notes
- After installation, perform a full front-end alignment — caster, camber, and toe must be reset to spec.
- Torque all bracket hardware to manufacturer specification; refer to ReadyLIFT installation sheet included with kit.
- Inspect drag link and tie rod ends for wear before install — worn joints will defeat the damping improvement.
- If vehicle has an existing lift, confirm tie rod angle compatibility with the dual bracket geometry prior to installation.
- No cutting or welding required for stock or lifted applications within the intended fitment range.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
This stabilizer is engineered for Super Dutys running oversized tires. Optimal performance range is 35"–42" tires. Vehicles running stock tire sizes will see improvement but the dual-damper setup is specifically engineered for the increased unsprung weight and gyroscopic forces of larger rubber.
Engineering Question: Before ordering, confirm: (1) Is your F-250 or F-350 4WD? (2WD trucks do not have a solid front axle and this kit will not fit.) (2) What is your current lift height and tire size? Extreme lift angles may require additional tie rod correction. (3) Do you have a DRW (dually) rear axle? If so, verify front axle and bracket clearance with OFAS before purchasing.
