ReadyLIFT 5.0" Off Road Series 2 Lift Kit with Radius Arms | 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD
⚠️ Longer shocks are required with the Series 2 kit — not included. ReadyLIFT SST9000 Front (99-2500F) and Rear (99-2500R) shocks are available separately. For a complete kit with shocks included, see the Series 3 version.
Is This for You?
You're running a 2020–2022 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD and you want maximum lift, maximum tire clearance, and uncompromised off-road performance — not a leveling kit, not a mild lift, but a full 5" system built for serious off-road use. The ReadyLIFT 49-2021 Series 2 Off Road Lift Kit steps up from the Series 1 by replacing radius arm drop brackets with full heavy-duty tab-and-slotted boxed steel radius arms pivoting on greaseable urethane bushings — delivering superior articulation, durability, and long-term serviceability. Custom-wound coil springs, a drop pitman arm, 5" lift-specific track bar bracket, longer sway bar end links, and a CNC-machined billet aluminum driveshaft spacer round out the package.
The Result
5.0" of front lift via custom-wound coil springs engineered for an exceptional ride both on- and off-road. Heavy-duty tab-and-slotted boxed steel radius arms with greaseable urethane bushing pivots replace the factory radius arms for superior geometry correction and long-term durability. A drop pitman arm corrects steering geometry at 5" of lift. A 5"-specific track bar bracket corrects track width. Longer, stronger sway bar end links maintain sway bar function at the new ride height. A CNC-machined billet aluminum driveshaft spacer corrects driveshaft geometry. OEM-style cast iron 5.0" rear blocks lift the rear 1.0" net (replacing the factory block) without compromising towing or hauling ability. Clears up to 38" tall off-road tires. Longer shocks are required and sold separately — ReadyLIFT SST9000 shocks (99-2500F front, 99-2500R rear) are recommended.

Installation & Engineering Notes
Longer shocks must be installed before or concurrent with this lift kit — do not run 5" of lift with stock-length shocks. All hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height. Radius arm bushing zerk fittings should be greased at installation and at regular service intervals. A professional 4-wheel alignment and steering geometry check are mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity significantly at 5" of lift; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, BLIS, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Do you have longer shocks already installed or planned for your 2020–2022 Super Duty? The Series 2 kit does not include shocks — ReadyLIFT SST9000 shocks (99-2500F front, 99-2500R rear) are required and available separately. If you want shocks included in the box, the Series 3 kit is the correct configuration.
