ReadyLIFT 4.0" SST Lift Kit | 2019–2024 Chevy Silverado & GMC Sierra 1500

Is This for You?
You're running a 2019–2024 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 and you want a full 4" of front lift with corrected geometry, ARC compatibility, and room for 295-series tires — all without cutting a single piece of sheet metal. You've outgrown leveling kits and you need a complete, engineered system that works with or without Adaptive Ride Control suspension. The ReadyLIFT 69-39400 replaces the 69-3940 and is the definitive no-cut 4" SST solution for the T1 GM 1500 platform.

The Result
Four inches of front lift achieved through heavy-duty laser-cut fabricated steel top-mount strut extensions with an offset design that corrects strut and wiper seal angles, paired with CNC-machined billet aluminum pre-load spacers. Three inches of rear lift via OE-style cast iron lift blocks with built-in axle pad locating ears and new longer U-bolts delivers a subtle, aggressive rake that looks purpose-built with the GM body lines. DOM steel tubular upper control arms with optimized ball joint pivot angles and maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings restore proper suspension geometry at the new ride height. ARC Relocation Bracket included for full Adaptive Ride Control compatibility. The 2019–2022 Chevy Silverado clears a 295/65R20 on a 20x9 0-offset wheel — a genuine 35" equivalent tire with no trimming required on most tread designs.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
Max tire size varies by model year and body style:

Application Max Tire Wheel Notes
2019–2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 295/65R20 20x9 0 offset Some trimming may be required depending on tread design
2019–2024 GMC Sierra 1500 295/55R20 20x9 0 offset Fender flare wheel well restrictions apply
2023–2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 295/55R20 20x9 0 offset Fender flare wheel well restrictions apply

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a complete no-cut, bolt-on system. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation to verify torque specs, confirm ride height, and lock in corrected UCA geometry. Verify rear leaf spring type before ordering — mono-leaf applications require the 67-39530UB U-bolt upgrade. Late model 2024 and 2025 trucks with round U-bolts require 67-35120UB. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, and Super Cruise (where equipped) must be checked and recalibrated after installation — note this kit is not compatible with Super Cruise vehicles.

Engineering Question: Does your 2019–2024 Silverado or Sierra have mono-leaf rear springs or standard multi-leaf springs? And does your truck have round U-bolts at the top of the leaf spring? Confirm your rear spring configuration and U-bolt style before ordering — mono-leaf and late-model round U-bolt applications require specific U-bolt upgrades not included in the base kit.
