The Result
Two OEM-style cast iron rear lift blocks with integrated bump stop landing pads deliver 3.0" of rear lift on 2009–2020 Ford F-150 4WD applications. On 2004–2008 F-150 4WD trucks, replacing the factory block with the ReadyLIFT 66-2053 yields 1.0" of additional lift over the factory block height. Four E-coated U-bolts, eight nuts, and eight washers are included — everything needed for a complete installation.

Installation & Engineering Notes
All U-bolt hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height — do not torque with the suspension unloaded. Re-torque U-bolts after the first 500 miles of driving. A professional alignment check is recommended after installation. Lifting the rear of your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution when towing or hauling.
Engineering Question: What is your F-150 model year — 2004–2008 or 2009–2020? On 2004–2008 trucks, the factory rear block is not zero-height, so the 66-2053 will add 1.0" of lift over your existing factory block rather than a full 3.0" net lift. Confirm your model year and current rear block height before ordering.
