Description
ReadyLIFT 3.0"/2.0" SST Lift Kit w/ CCD Suspension | 2018–2024 Ford Expedition
Is This for You?
You're running a 2018–2024 Ford Expedition — with or without factory electronic CCD shocks — and you want a mild, purposeful lift that improves stance, clears 35" tires on factory wheels, and doesn't compromise the Expedition's refined ride and handling. Every other kit on the market forces you to choose between CCD compatibility and a quality lift. The ReadyLIFT 69-2831 eliminates that compromise entirely: it works on all Expedition models with standard or CCD shocks, retains full electronic shock functionality, and is manufactured in the USA from aircraft-grade billet aluminum and heavy-duty fabricated steel.
The Result
Three inches of front lift via CNC-machined aircraft-grade billet 6061-T6 aluminum front strut extensions and 2" of rear lift via heavy-duty fabricated steel rear coil spring spacers deliver a commanding stance with a slight, purposeful rake that complements the Expedition's proportions. CCD wiring harness brackets are included to maintain full electronic shock system compliance on CCD-equipped models. On vehicles without Power Deployable Running Boards, this kit clears a 285/75-18 or 285/65-20 tire on factory wheels or near-factory offset wheels — a genuine 35" equivalent with zero wheel changes required. Factory ride quality, handling, and suspension geometry are fully preserved.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a complete bolt-on system requiring no cutting or welding. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation to verify torque specs, confirm ride height, and lock in suspension geometry. CCD bracket installation is required on electronic shock-equipped models to maintain full system compliance — do not omit. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Is your 2018–2024 Expedition equipped with factory CCD electronic shocks, standard shocks, or Power Deployable Running Boards? Confirm your shock and running board configuration before ordering — CCD compatibility is included in this kit, but maximum tire size is reduced to 33" on models with automatic running boards.
