Description
ReadyLIFT 3.0"/1.0" SST Lift Kit | 2020–2025 Chevy Silverado & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD
Is This for You?
You're running a 2020–2025 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD — including Dual Rear Wheel configurations — and you need a lift kit engineered for the updated torsion bar suspension architecture GM introduced on this generation. Generic torsion key kits weren't designed for this platform's revised geometry, and the result is compromised suspension travel and premature wear. The ReadyLIFT 69-30300 is purpose-built for the 2020–2025 GM HD with SST lift-specific forged torsion keys, front inner fender brackets for genuine 35" tire clearance, and a 1" rear block to level the stance all the way around.
The Result
Three inches of front lift via SST lift-specific forged torsion keys and 1/2" differential drop spacers that maintain proper CV axle angles at the new ride height, paired with 1" rear cast blocks and new U-bolts for a level, aggressive stance. New front inner fender brackets — LH and RH — open the wheel wells to clear a 35x12.50 tire on a 20x9 0-offset wheel with no trimming. Maximum width on stock OE wheels is 11.5". With minor trimming, a 20x10 -18 offset running 35x12.50 is achievable — note that Silverado and Sierra have different fender well opening sizes, so minor trim variances between models should be expected.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on system requiring no cutting for the standard 35x12.50 on 20x9 0-offset configuration. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Critical torsion key adjustment note: When setting the torsion key adjustment bolt, do not exceed 27" measured from the wheel center to the fender edge. Exceeding this measurement will overlift the vehicle, creating a top-off condition where the suspension has little to no down travel — resulting in poor ride quality and premature component wear. Differential drop spacers must be installed to maintain proper CV axle angles. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, and Forward Collision Alert must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Is your 2020–2025 GM HD 2500/3500 a Single Rear Wheel (SRW) or Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) configuration, and is it a Silverado or Sierra? Fender well opening sizes differ between Silverado and Sierra models — confirm your body style and wheel/tire combination before ordering to determine if minor trimming will be required.
