Component Specifications

Bump stop extensions — engineering distinction: Front and rear bump stop extensions (plus the rear outer bump stops) reset the contact point to match the new ride height. That preserves proper suspension travel, prevents harsh bottom-out on the trail, and protects against premature shock wear that comes from running a lifted vehicle on factory-position bump stops.

Fabricated steel front strut spacer + billet preload spacer: The front lift is delivered by a fabricated steel strut spacer working with a billet preload spacer — a spacer-style SST design that raises the front without disassembling the strut valving, keeping the factory ride character intact.

Critical Compatibility

Standard coil suspension only. This kit fits 2024–2026 Land Cruiser and GX550 on standard coil suspension. Air suspension and adaptive variable suspension configurations are not confirmed — verify before ordering.

Current generation only. The 2023-and-earlier Land Cruiser is a different platform and is not compatible.

GX550 shares this kit. The Lexus GX550 rides on the same platform and is a confirmed application for 69-54255 — note the GX550 has its own tire ceiling (see fitment).

No UCAs in this kit. Unlike ReadyLIFT's 3" SST kits, the 2.5" kit is a spacer-and-bump-stop system without upper control arms. It's a cleaner, hand-tool install for a moderate lift.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Fitment figures are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires; overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction vary meaningfully by manufacturer, so every tire-and-wheel combination must be test fit before final installation.

Land Cruiser:

Lexus GX550: max tire diameter 275/65R20 on a 20x9 +18 wheel (no trim). The GX550 has a different clearance envelope than the Land Cruiser — do not apply Land Cruiser sizes to the GX.

Ride quality note: Stepping up to heavier all-terrain or mud-terrain tires changes the ride. Most larger aftermarket AT/MT tires are 10-ply (Load Range E) versus a typical OEM 6-ply (Load Range C). The stiffer sidewall increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness, and ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differ meaningfully between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, and Trail-Terrain tires.
