ReadyLIFT 2.5" Forged Torsion Key Leveling Kit | 2000–2010 GM 1500/2500 HD 8-Lug & 2003–2010 Hummer H2

Is This for You?
You're running a 2000–2010 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500/2500 HD 8-lug, a 2000–2012 Suburban or Yukon XL 2500 HD 8-lug, or a 2003–2010 Hummer H2 — and you want the fastest, safest, most cost-effective way to level the front with the rear and open up room for larger tires. You need forged torsion keys that grip the flat of the torsion bar for a tighter, sturdier fit — not cast keys that flex under load. The ReadyLIFT forged torsion key leveling kit is 25% stronger than OEM, includes front shock extensions, and delivers up to 2.5" of adjustable front lift with a 33" maximum tire diameter on GM trucks — and up to 37" on the Hummer H2.

The Result
Two forged torsion keys with CNC-machined adjuster bolt pockets and 10.9-grade metric hardware deliver precise, safe torsion bar adjustment up to 2.5" of front lift. The keys are designed to grab the flat of the torsion bar for a tighter, sturdier fit than OEM — and at 25% stronger than factory, they're built to last the life of the vehicle. Front shock extensions and a longer torsion key bolt are included to maintain proper shock travel and geometry at the new ride height. GM trucks clear a 33x11.50 on a 9" wide +12 offset wheel with no rubbing; the Hummer H2 clears a 37x12.50 on the same wheel spec.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on torsion key replacement requiring no cutting or welding. Shock extensions must be installed to maintain proper shock travel at the new ride height. Torsion key adjustment must not exceed the 2.5" maximum lift specification — overlifting creates a top-off condition with little to no suspension down travel. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on applicable model years must be checked and recalibrated after installation.

Engineering Question: Is your truck a 5-lug or 8-lug configuration, and what is your exact model year and platform — GM 1500, GM 2500 HD, or Hummer H2? Confirm your lug count and platform before ordering — this kit is engineered for 8-lug GM HD and Hummer H2 applications only, and tire clearance specs differ significantly between GM trucks and the H2.
