The Result
Specially engineered 2.5" lift front coil springs replace the factory springs and work in concert with four Falcon 1.1 Monotube series shocks (two front, two rear) to deliver a controlled, performance-tuned ride both on- and off-road. The OEM-style cast iron track bar relocation bracket corrects track width geometry after lifting. Sway bar frame mount extension brackets keep the factory sway bar in its correct operating position. Brake line extension brackets and bump stop extension brackets complete the geometry correction package. Maximum tire size: 35x12.50 on a 9" or 10" wide wheel with +25 to 0 offset with no rub; 37" is possible with trimming.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
Maximum tire size with no rub: 35x12.50 on a 9" or 10" wide wheel with +25 to 0 offset. 37" tires are possible with trimming. ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on coil spring leveling kit. If the axle shifts off-center after installing the track bar relocation bracket on 2020–2026 trucks, remove the relocation bracket and use the factory track bar bracket. 2023–2026 trucks with the Onboard Scale option require the Auto-Leveling Headlight Bracket (PN: 67-23210) — sold separately. 2024–2026 trucks with the fake hub require the factory hub and vacuum line; do not use caster eccentrics on single-hub trucks — use ReadyLIFT radius arm drops or radius arms instead. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution when towing or hauling. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, BLIS, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Is your 2020–2026 Ford Super Duty a diesel-powered 4WD, and what is your model year and trim? Tremor editions will not achieve full 2.5" lift height, 2023–2026 Onboard Scale trucks require the 67-23210 headlight bracket, and 2024–2026 fake hub trucks have specific installation requirements — confirm all before ordering.
