ReadyLIFT 2.25" Forged Torsion Key Leveling Kit with Extreme-Duty UCAs | 2011–2019 GM 2500/3500 HD

Is This for You?
You're running a 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD and you want the strongest torsion key leveling system on the market combined with upper control arms that can handle heavy aftermarket wheels, tires, and 0–8" of lift without binding, wearing out, or compromising your alignment. You need forged keys, not cast, and UCAs built from 4130 chromoly plate steel with 1-ton ball joints — not stamped steel arms with generic hardware. The ReadyLIFT 66-3012 bundles the proven 66-3011 torsion key kit with the Extreme-Duty 44-3100 UCAs into one complete leveling package.

The Result
Up to 2.25" of front lift via two indestructible forged torsion keys, four shock extension spacers to maintain proper shock travel, and one pair of ReadyLIFT Extreme-Duty fabricated steel upper control arms with corrected ball joint pivot angles. The UCAs are laser-cut and CNC-bent from .125" 4130 chromoly plate steel in a tab-and-slot boxed design — engineered for 0–8" of front lift on the GM HD platform. Spring-loaded 1-ton HD ball joints with CNC-machined billet aluminum protective caps resist road debris, salt, and sand for maximum service life. ReadyLIFT TCT (Terrain Control Technology) free-float pivot bushings with side-biter washers are maintenance-free, self-lubricating, and engineered to hold alignment settings under load. Anthracite Gray powder coat and Grade 8 hardware complete the package.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on system requiring no modifications to the vehicle structure. Torsion key adjustment must not exceed 26.25" measured from the center of the wheel to the fender lip (12 o'clock position) on 4WD vehicles, or 27" on 2WD vehicles — exceeding these measurements creates a top-off condition with little to no suspension down travel. Shock extension spacers must be installed. UCA hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, and Forward Collision Alert must be checked and recalibrated after installation.

Engineering Question: What is your exact model year, drivetrain (2WD or 4WD), and current lift height? These UCAs are compatible with 0–8" of front lift on the 2011–2019 GM HD platform — confirm your model year and existing suspension configuration before ordering.
