Description
ReadyLIFT 2.25" Forged Torsion Key Leveling Kit | 2011–2019 GM 2500/3500 HD
Is This for You?
You're running a 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD and the factory front rake is killing your stance. You want a level look, room for 33" tires, and a system that maintains the factory ride quality without overloading your CV angles or compromising suspension travel. The ReadyLIFT 66-3011 is the strongest, safest torsion key leveling system on the market for this platform — forged, not cast, and engineered with ReadyLIFT's time-tested technology to deliver up to 2.25" of front lift with shock extensions included.
The Result
Up to 2.25" of front lift via two indestructible forged torsion keys that replace the factory keys and allow precise ride height adjustment within the torsion bar suspension system. Four shock extension spacers are included to maintain proper shock travel at the new ride height, preserving factory ride quality and preventing premature shock wear. The result is a level, aggressive stance that clears a 33x11.50 tire on a 9" wide wheel with +12 offset with no rubbing — or up to a 295/65R18, 285/60R20, or 285/50R22 depending on your wheel size.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on torsion key replacement requiring no cutting or welding. Torsion key adjustment must be set to achieve the desired lift height — do not exceed the maximum 2.25" lift specification. Shock extension spacers must be installed to maintain proper shock travel at the new ride height. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation to verify torque specs and lock in corrected geometry. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, and Forward Collision Alert must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: What is your exact model year and are you running a 2500 HD or 3500 HD configuration? Confirm your model year falls within the 2011–2019 range before ordering — the 2020 and newer GM HD platform uses a revised torsion bar suspension that requires a different kit.
