Your 2007–2024 truck came with a factory 1.25" block — swapping to this 2.25" block nets you a clean 1" of additional rear lift without stacking blocks, which may be illegal in some states. The ReadyLIFT 66-3002 is OEM-quality cast iron construction with anti-rotation ears built in — never made from lightweight extrusions — and it carries a Lifetime Warranty.
The Result
Two OEM-style cast iron rear blocks at 2.25" height with integrated anti-rotation ears and model-specific e-coated U-bolts, nuts, and washers included. For 2007–2024 trucks with a factory 1.25" block, this kit delivers a net 1" of additional rear lift when swapping out the factory block. For 1999–2006 2WD trucks with no factory rear block, this kit delivers the full 2.25" of rear lift. Longer shocks or a shock extension (ReadyLIFT 67-3809) may be required depending on your application — verify before ordering.

Do not stack blocks — stacking may be illegal in some states and creates unsafe load paths. A professional alignment check is recommended after installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution when towing or hauling. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat and automatic headlight leveling should be verified after any suspension height change.
