ReadyLIFT 2.25" CNC Billet Aluminum Leveling Kit | 2015–2020 Ford F-150 2WD/4WD
Is This for You?
You're running a stock-height 2015–2020 Ford F-150 — 2WD or 4WD — and you want to eliminate the factory nose-down rake, run up to 35" tires, and do it with a precision-machined billet aluminum spacer engineered specifically for the 2015–2020 F-150's unique strut positioning. The 2015+ F-150 uses a different strut geometry than earlier generations, requiring a purpose-built offset design — not a generic spacer. The ReadyLIFT 66-2215 is that kit: CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, offset design, and Smart Suspension Technology for a bolt-on install with no cutting or drilling. Important: measure your hub-to-fender height before ordering — this kit is not for pre-lifted or Off-Road Package trucks.
The Result
One pair of CNC-machined billet aluminum offset leveling front spacers with hardware deliver 2.25" of front lift via strut extension. The offset design is engineered specifically for the 2015–2020 F-150 strut geometry to maintain proper suspension clearance and factory ride quality. The result is a level stance that clears a 33x11.50 on a 9" wide +25 offset wheel with no rub and no trimming, and a 35x11.50 on the same wheel with minor trimming.
⚠️ Critical Pre-Order Measurement Requirement
Before ordering, measure from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom edge of the fender at the 12 o'clock position (wheels pointing straight forward, using a plumb bob for a clean vertical):
| Hub-to-Fender Measurement | Correct Kit |
|---|---|
| 22" or less | 66-2215 (this kit) — correct for stock-height trucks |
| Greater than 22" | 66-2052 1.5" Leveling Kit — use instead; 66-2215 will cause UCA interference and/or excessive ball joint wear |
Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on leveling kit requiring no cutting or drilling. Measure hub-to-fender height before installation — trucks exceeding 22" must use the 66-2052 1.5" kit instead; using 66-2215 on a truck with more than 22" hub-to-fender distance may result in UCA suspension component interference and/or excessive ball joint wear. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ford Co-Pilot360, Pre-Collision Assist, Lane-Keeping System, BLIS, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Have you measured your hub-to-fender height on your 2015–2020 F-150? Measure from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom edge of the fender at the 12 o'clock position — if this measurement exceeds 22", this kit is not correct for your truck and the 66-2052 1.5" Leveling Kit must be used instead to avoid UCA interference and ball joint damage.
