ReadyLIFT 2.0" SST Lift Kit | 2019–2023 GMC Sierra AT4 & Chevy Silverado Trail Boss
Is This for You?
You're running a 2019–2023 GMC Sierra AT4 or Chevy Silverado Trail Boss — trucks that already come with a factory 2" front lift and longer strut assemblies — and every generic leveling kit on the market either binds the factory ball joint or contacts the lower strut and CV axle. You need a lift kit engineered specifically for the AT4 and Trail Boss platform that works with the factory suspension lift, not against it. The ReadyLIFT 69-3920 is the only SST lift kit purpose-built for these trucks, delivering an additional 2" of front lift and 1" of rear lift without compromising the factory suspension architecture.
The Result
A CNC-machined billet aluminum top mount strut spacer and pre-load spacer work in concert with the factory 2" front lift to deliver a combined 4" of total front elevation — 2" added by this kit on top of the factory lift. Tubular upper control arms with 1-ton ball joints and maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings restore proper suspension geometry at the new ride height. OE-style 3" tall cast iron rear lift blocks with new longer U-bolts and rear bump stop extension cups complete the package, creating a subtle rake that looks purpose-built on the AT4 and Trail Boss body lines. The Trail Boss clears a 295/65R20 on a 20x9 0-offset wheel; the AT4 runs up to a 305/55R20 on the same wheel spec.

| GMC Sierra AT4 | 305/55R20 | 20x9 0 offset |
ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a complete bolt-on system requiring no cutting or welding. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation to verify torque specs, confirm ride height, and lock in corrected UCA geometry. Verify rear leaf spring type before ordering — this kit is NOT compatible with mono-leaf rear springs (identifiable by round/circular U-bolts). Late model 2024 and 2025 trucks with round U-bolts require U-bolt part number 67-35120UB. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, and Forward Collision Alert must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: Does your AT4 or Trail Boss have rear composite mono-leaf springs or traditional multi-leaf steel springs? Inspect the U-bolt at the top of your rear leaf spring — round/circular U-bolts indicate mono-leaf, which is NOT compatible with this kit. Confirm your rear spring configuration before ordering.
