You're running a 2019–2025 Ram 1500 4WD — new body style (DT platform), including the Rebel edition — and you want 2" of front leveling lift done right. The 2019–2025 Ram 1500 uses a composite upper control arm with a sheet metal cover — a design that creates excessive stress around the ball joint when a traditional strut extension is installed alone. ReadyLIFT's engineers identified this problem and solved it: the 66-1921 pairs a CNC-machined billet aluminum top-mount strut extension with a purpose-built heavy-duty DOM tube steel upper control arm featuring corrected ball joint angle cups — restoring proper pivot geometry and protecting the ball joint under the new ride height. Made in USA.

The Result
Two CNC-machined billet aluminum top-mount strut extensions deliver 2.0" of front leveling lift. Heavy-duty DOM tube steel upper control arms with corrected ball joint angle cups replace the factory composite UCAs, eliminating the stress concentration issue at the ball joint and restoring proper suspension geometry at the leveled ride height. Maximum tire size: 285/65R20 on a 20x9 +18 offset wheel with no rub. Bolt-on installation, no cutting or drilling required.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
Maximum tire size with no rub: 285/65R20 on a 20x9 +18 offset wheel. ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a 100% bolt-on leveling kit. Do not install on air suspension-equipped trucks, Ram TRX, Classic body style Ram 1500, factory pre-lifted trucks, or Off-Road Package trucks. Measure hub-to-fender height before installation — trucks exceeding 22" may require less lift. All UCA hardware must be torqued to specification at ride height — do not torque with the suspension hanging. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ram's Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
