Description
ReadyLIFT 2.0" Adjustable Forged Torsion Key Leveling Kit | 2020–2025 GM 2500/3500 HD
Is This for You?
You're running a 2020–2025 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD and the factory rake is leaving ground clearance and tire fitment on the table. General Motors revised the torsion bar suspension on this generation — which means generic keys from the previous platform won't index correctly and can create unsafe suspension geometry. The ReadyLIFT 66-30200 is engineered specifically for the updated 2020–2025 GM HD torsion bar system with new platform-specific indexing, delivering approximately 2" of adjustable front lift and clearance for 35" tires while maintaining the factory ride and handling.
The Result
Two industry-leading forged torsion keys with indexing designed specifically for the 2020–2025 GM HD platform deliver approximately 2" of adjustable front lift — the exact amount varies by vehicle. Compatible with trucks equipped with either OE torsion key #84461807 or #84634344. The result is a level, aggressive stance that clears a 35x12.50 tire on a 20x9 +18 or 0-offset wheel with no trimming on most tread designs. Silverado and Sierra fender well opening sizes differ — minor trimming may be required on some tire styles on 20x9 0-offset or 325/60R20 configurations. Backed by the ReadyGUARD Powertrain Warranty.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
Installation requires a torsion key unloading tool (ReadyLIFT 66-7822B or equivalent) — do not attempt installation without proper tooling. Critical adjustment note: When setting the torsion key adjustment bolt, do not exceed 26" measured from the wheel center to the fender edge. Exceeding this measurement creates a top-off condition where the suspension has little to no down travel — resulting in poor ride quality and premature component wear. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, and Forward Collision Alert must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
Engineering Question: What is your factory torsion key part number — OE #84461807 or OE #84634344? And is your truck a Silverado or Sierra? Confirm your OE torsion key number and body style before ordering — fender well clearance varies between Silverado and Sierra, and AT4X/ZR2 models are not compatible with this kit.
