Description
ReadyLIFT 2.0" CNC Billet Aluminum Leveling Kit | 1999–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 2WD
Is This for You?
You're running a 1999–2016 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 2WD — the twin I-beam era — and you want to level the front, run up to 35" tires, and do it with a kit that won't deform, crack, or deteriorate over time. Cheap stamped steel and low-grade spacers are a liability on a platform that sees real work. The ReadyLIFT 66-2299 is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum — the same material standard used in aerospace applications — and includes a zinc-plated steel spring retainer stud extender for proper fit and function. This is the only way to level a 2WD Super Duty right.
The Result
A CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum leveling spacer delivers 2.0" of front lift with precision fit and long-term durability — aluminum construction will not deform or deteriorate over time like cheap leveling kits. A zinc-plated steel spring retainer stud extender is included to ensure proper fit and function on the twin I-beam front suspension. The result is a level stance that clears a 35" tire on a 9" wide wheel with 0 offset, with no rub. Note: in some cases the back of the spindle may need to be ground down slightly to allow negative camber without contacting the I-beam — confirm with your installer before finalizing installation.

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on leveling kit for the 1999–2016 Ford Super Duty 2WD twin I-beam front suspension. In some cases the back of the spindle may need to be ground down slightly to allow negative camber without contacting the I-beam — verify with your installer before finalizing installation. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road.
Engineering Question: Is your 1999–2016 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty a 2WD model with the twin I-beam front suspension? This kit is engineered for 2WD applications only — confirm your drivetrain configuration before ordering. Also confirm with your installer whether spindle grinding may be required for your specific alignment geometry.
