The ReadyLIFT 66-19180 uses heavy-duty laser-cut powder-coated steel front top-mount coil spring spacers — not lightweight aluminum extrusions — with a retention bolt that locks the spacer to the frame and included shock extensions to optimize shock length at the new ride height. Simple, strong, and purpose-built for the Ram HD platform.

The Result
Two heavy-duty laser-cut powder-coated steel front top-mount coil spring spacers deliver 1.75" of front leveling lift on 2019–2025 Ram 2500/3500 4WD applications. A retention bolt locks the spacer to the frame for secure, rattle-free installation. Shock extensions are included to optimize shock length after leveling — maintaining proper shock travel and ride quality. Maximum tire size: 35x12.50 on a 9" wide wheel with +12 to 0 offset with no rub.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.

Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on leveling kit. Retention bolt must be installed to lock the spacer to the frame — do not omit. Shock extensions must be installed to maintain proper shock travel at the new ride height. Do not install on Power Wagon, Snow Prep/Ambulance Package, or factory Air Suspension-equipped Ram 2500 trucks. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution when towing or hauling. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including Ram's Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation.
