You're running a 2019–2025 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 new body style — without Adaptive Ride Control — and you want the cleanest, safest 1.5" leveling solution on the market. ReadyLIFT redesigned this kit from the ground up with an all-new upper strut spacer design that eliminates the risk of CV boot contact during installation, a known issue with older horseshoe bottom strut designs. The 66-39150 is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and engineered exclusively for the 2019–2025 GM 1500 strut architecture.
The Result
Two CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum upper strut extensions with four installation nuts deliver 1.5" of front leveling lift via a top-mount design that works with the factory strut without compressing springs or contacting CV boots. The result is a level stance that clears a 33x11.50 on a 20x9 0-offset wheel — the same wheel and tire spec as the 66-3920 and 66-3922 kits. Note: minor trimming of the felt liner may be required on some applications, and some wheels may require a 6mm or greater wheel spacer to clear the brake caliper. GMC Sierra 1500s have narrower fender well openings than Chevy Silverados — minor trimming may be required depending on tire tread design.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
Maximum tire size: 33x11.50 on a 20x9 0-offset wheel. Minor trimming of the felt liner may be required on some applications. Some wheels may require a 6mm or greater wheel spacer to clear the brake caliper — verify caliper clearance before finalizing wheel selection. GMC Sierra 1500 fender well openings are narrower than Silverado — test fit before finalizing tire selection. ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Actual dimensions vary meaningfully by manufacturer — overall diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, and sidewall construction will differ. Every tire and wheel combination must be test fit prior to final installation. Upgrading to heavier 10-ply (Load Range E) all-terrain or mud-terrain tires will noticeably increase suspension stiffness and alter ride harshness compared to factory 6-ply (Load Range C) tires. Consult your local installer for application-specific guidance.
Installation & Engineering Notes
This is a bolt-on upper strut spacer kit requiring no cutting or welding. The upper strut spacer design eliminates CV boot contact risk during installation — follow included instructions carefully. A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Lifting your vehicle raises its center of gravity; exercise appropriate caution on- and off-road. All Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) including GM Safety Alert Seat, Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert, and automatic headlight leveling must be checked and recalibrated after installation. This kit is not compatible with Super Cruise — do not install on Super Cruise equipped vehicles.
Engineering Question: Is your 2019–2025 Silverado or Sierra equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC), Trail Boss, AT4, AT4X, ZR2, or Super Cruise? Confirm your suspension package and trim before ordering — ARC-equipped Denali and High Country models require the 66-39151 kit, and Trail Boss, AT4, AT4X, ZR2, and Super Cruise applications are not compatible with this kit.
