Installation & Fabrication Notes

Long-arm geometry requires a front differential drop or relocation bracket (included or specified in kit). A professional 4-wheel alignment is mandatory post-installation. Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications. Verify brake line and ABS sensor routing after lift installation.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Engineered for 35"–37" tires. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. Verify fender clearance with specific tire brand and tread pattern. Wheel spacers are not required with correct backspacing selection.
