Installation & Fabrication Notes

Long-arm geometry requires a front differential drop or relocation bracket (included or specified in kit). Professional 4-wheel alignment required post-installation. Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications. Confirm Fox 2.5 reservoir clearance against skid plates and rock rails during install.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Engineered for 35" tires. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. At 2.5" of lift, fender clearance with 35s is tight — confirm tire brand and tread width before finalizing wheel selection. 37" tires are not recommended at this lift height without fender modification.
