Installation & Fabrication Notes

Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications. Wheel & Tire Fitment

Optimized for 35" tires on a stock-weight build. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. At 2.5" of lift with standard-rate coils, fender clearance with 35s is workable on a stock-weight rig — confirm tire brand and tread width before finalizing wheel selection.
