The JSPEC121KNS delivers the full J-Konnect 2.5" standard-rate long-arm system with shock extension brackets, allowing you to retain and reuse your existing shock absorbers. Standard-rate coils maximize trail compliance for stock-weight builds. This is the bring-your-own-shocks configuration of the J-Konnect 2.5" std-rate lineup.

2.5" of lift with long-arm caster and pinion correction. Standard-rate coils deliver maximum droop travel and trail articulation for stock-weight builds. Shock extension brackets adapt your existing shocks to the new lift geometry without requiring replacement. Adjustable upper and lower control arms allow precise alignment post-install. Installation & Fabrication Notes

Long-arm geometry requires a front differential drop or relocation bracket (included or specified in kit). Professional 4-wheel alignment required post-installation. Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. Verify existing shock eye-to-eye length and body diameter compatibility with JKS extension brackets before install. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Optimized for 35" tires on a stock-weight build. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. Standard-rate coils are not recommended for tire sizes exceeding 37" without load confirmation from OFAS.

Carrying over a set of Bilstein 5100s or Fox 2.0 Performance shocks into this J-Konnect 2.5" std-rate build? The extension bracket compatibility depends on your shock's collapsed length and eye-to-eye measurement at ride height — not just the brand. A shock that fits perfectly at 2" of lift may bind or bottom out at 2.5" with std-rate coils if the travel range isn't matched correctly.
