JKS J-Venture 3.5" Lift Kit w/ Fox 2.0 Performance | HD Coils | 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL 4-Door
Is This for You?
You're building a moderately accessorized JL 4-Door Unlimited and you want 3.5" of lift with a short-arm system that installs cleanly, handles your front-end weight, and delivers Fox damping without the reservoir price premium. The JSPEC120KFP pairs JKS geometry-corrected short-arm control arms with Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks and HD coil springs. It's the most accessible Fox-equipped configuration in the J-Venture 3.5" HD lineup.
The Result
3.5" of lift with JKS geometry-corrected short-arm control arms. HD coils maintain ride height under accessory loads. Fox 2.0 Performance shocks deliver consistent, predictable damping for moderate trail use and daily driving. No differential drop required. Adjustable control arms allow precise alignment post-install.

Installation & Fabrication Notes
Short-arm system does not require differential drop or relocation. Professional 4-wheel alignment required post-installation. Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications. For extended technical trail use, consider upgrading to the Fox 2.5 reservoir variant (JSPEC120PS) for improved heat management.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
Engineered for 35"–37" tires on an accessorized build. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. Confirm fender clearance with specific tire brand and tread width before finalizing wheel selection.
Engineering Question
Choosing the Fox 2.0 non-reservoir for a J-Venture 3.5" HD build on a JL 4-Door with a steel bumper and winch — will the 2.0 body handle the heat load from a heavy front end on sustained rocky terrain? The 2.0 Performance is well-suited for moderate trail days and daily driving, but a loaded front end increases the thermal demand on the shock body. If your trails run long and technical, contact OFAS — we'll help you decide whether the Fox 2.5 reservoir is the right step-up for your specific build weight and terrain profile.
