Installation & Fabrication Notes

Torque all control arm hardware to JKS specification after a 500-mile break-in. No cutting or welding required for standard JL 4-Door gas applications. For extended technical trail use with a heavy front end, consider upgrading to the Fox 2.5 reservoir variant (JSPEC118PS) for improved heat management.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Engineered for 35" tires on an accessorized build. Recommended backspacing: 4.5"–4.75" on a 17"×9" or 18"×9" wheel. At 2.5" of lift, fender clearance with 35s is tight — confirm tire brand and tread width before finalizing wheel selection. 37" tires are not recommended at this lift height without fender modification.
