The Deaver Mini Leaf Pack Set fastens directly to the stock spring pack using new center pins included in the kit — no drilling, no re-arching, no modification to the OEM leaf pack required. ⚠️ STOCK SPRING PACK REQUIRED: These mini packs are only compatible with the factory OEM spring pack. Aftermarket replacement spring packs are not compatible.

Installation & Technical Notes

Lift Height Adjustment: Remove one spacer block for approximately 1–2 inches of rear lift; remove both spacer blocks for approximately 2–3 inches of rear lift. Final ride height will vary based on payload and individual vehicle spring pack condition.
Center Pin Torque: Torque new center pins to Deaver's specification included with the kit. Do not reuse OEM center pins.
Re-Torque Interval: Re-torque all leaf spring fasteners after the first 500 miles of driving post-installation.
Rear Pinion Angle: Verify rear differential pinion angle is within GM specification after installation, particularly if towing at or near rated capacity.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

This mini leaf pack affects rear ride height only and does not alter front suspension geometry or wheel/tire clearance. Confirm existing wheel offset and tire clearance with any front lift components installed on your specific build.
