Older Cognito boxed-style truck control arms shipped with a Cognito sticker. This kit replaces that sticker with a permanent, hardware-mounted stainless steel badge — the same badge used on current production Cognito arms. Two stainless steel Cognito badges, 4.75 inches wide, secured with 4 rivets each. Drilling required. Made in the USA.

Engineering Breakdown
- Upgrades older Cognito boxed-style control arms that shipped with a Cognito sticker to the current hardware-mounted stainless steel badge — a permanent, corrosion-resistant identification badge that does not peel, fade, or lift at the edges the way a sticker does under the heat, vibration, and road debris exposure of a front suspension environment.
- Installs with 4 rivets per badge using a standard rivet gun after drilling the required mounting holes in the control arm — a permanent, flush-mounted installation that matches the badge mounting method used on current production Cognito arms.
- Compatible with boxed-style Cognito truck control arms and other applications where a Cognito sticker was previously used — a straightforward upgrade for any Cognito arm owner who wants the current stainless steel badge appearance.

Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
✅ CONFIRMED: Compatible with all Cognito boxed-style truck control arms that previously used a Cognito sticker badge. Also compatible with other applications where a Cognito sticker was used and a permanent stainless steel badge upgrade is desired.
❌ REQUIREMENTS:
⚠️ DRILLING REQUIRED: Mounting holes must be drilled in the control arm before installing the badges. Use a drill bit sized for the included rivets. Mark and center-punch the badge mounting locations before drilling to ensure correct badge alignment.
Installation & Technical Notes
Estimated Install Time: Under 15 minutes (with a drill, correct drill bit, rivet gun, and center punch)
Install Sequence: Position the badge on the control arm and mark the 4 rivet hole locations. Center-punch each location. Drill the 4 mounting holes to the correct diameter for the included rivets. Position the badge over the holes and install all 4 rivets with a rivet gun. Repeat for the second badge.
Note: Drill only through the outer face of the control arm — do not drill through both walls of the boxed arm section.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
This is a cosmetic badge upgrade accessory — wheel and tire fitment is not affected by this installation.
