• Eliminates pitman and idler arm compliance through the patented Cognito PISK, which converts the factory single-shear pitman and idler arm mount to a double-shear configuration — removing the forward and rearward center link movement that causes steering system slop and accelerates wear on factory and aftermarket steering components across GM 2500HD/3500HD applications.
• Delivers front and rear damping through Elka 2.5 Remote Reservoir compression-adjustable shocks — rust-resistant metal impact extruded aluminum body, remote reservoir to eliminate oil aeration, factory-tuned precision valving — paired with a 1.5-inch 4140 chromoly HD front sway bar (heat-treated, hot-formed, polyurethane bushings and larger clamps included) to control body roll at 7 inches of front lift.

The rear lift is delivered by the Cognito 4-inch Block and U-Bolt Kit — 4-inch tall powder-coated semi-gloss black cast steel blocks with heavy-duty zinc-plated U-bolts — yielding 4 inches of rear lift to level the K2 platform front to rear. Stainless steel extended brake lines accommodate the increased suspension travel front and rear. The Elka 2.5 shocks use a remote reservoir that maintains a constant oil supply to the piston, preventing oil aeration and fade under sustained on-road and off-road use. The 1.5-inch 4140 chromoly HD sway bar is recommended for trucks lifted 7 inches and taller. At 458 lbs, this kit ships via LTL freight carrier with residential delivery included.
