Installation & Technical Notes

Estimated Install Time: 15-minute DIY install — direct bolt-in replacement with standard hand tools and a torque wrench.
Install Sequence: Remove the factory front driveline and install the Cognito CV driveline at the factory transfer case and front differential mounting points. Install before operating in 4WD after lift kit installation.
Driveline Phasing: Verify driveline phasing is correct after installation — incorrect phasing will produce vibration at speed. Refer to Cognito's included instruction sheet for phasing verification procedure.
