Description
Is This for You?
- You're running a 2021–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL 392 and want to fit larger tires without the harsh ride that comes with most short arm lift kits. The Ride Right+ uses GIIRO joints to isolate road noise and vibration — on-road manners stay intact while off-road articulation improves.
- You want a maintenance-free suspension system that doesn't require periodic greasing. GIIRO joints are self-lubricating and self-centering — install and forget.
- You're planning to upgrade to the Clayton Overland+ system in the future and want a capable entry point that doesn't dead-end your build. The Ride Right+ is designed as a stepping stone to the full Overland+ kit.
The Result
- GIIRO dual-durometer bushing joints on the front upper control arms — isolate road noise and vibration while providing superior articulation over standard rubber or polyurethane bushings. Self-lubricating, self-centering, zero maintenance.
- 1-3/8" x 5/16" DOM tubing front and rear track bars — heavier wall tubing than most short arm kits at this price point; adjustable for proper axle centering after lift installation.
- SealKor zinc-rich powder-coated coil springs — corrosion-resistant finish designed for undercarriage exposure; springs are rated for the 1.5" lift height specific to this SKU.
The COR-3109315 is Clayton Off Road's Ride Right+ short arm suspension lift kit for the JL 392 platform, configured for the 1.5" lift height. The 392 platform requires specific attention to net lift height: the 392 XR comes from the factory with a 1.5" lift already installed, so this kit will net approximately 1/2" of additional height on an XR. The standard 392 comes with a 2" factory lift, meaning this kit nets approximately no additional height on a standard 392 — the value is in the suspension geometry correction and component upgrade, not raw lift. Caster is a critical consideration on the JL platform: factory caster is approximately 4°, and the target for proper steering feel is 5.5°. Depending on your specific setup, achieving 5.5° caster may require upgrading the front lower control arms beyond what this kit includes. The kit ships at 155 lbs — plan your installation accordingly. Made in the USA, backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

- ❌ Jeep Gladiator JT — different wheelbase and suspension geometry
392-Specific Net Lift Notes:
- 392 XR (factory 1.5" lift): nets approximately +0.5" of additional height
- Standard 392 (factory 2" lift): nets approximately no additional height — suspension geometry correction is the primary benefit
- Actual height gain varies by vehicle weight and accessories
Installation & Fabrication Notes
- Align front and rear track bars after installation to re-center axles — both bars are adjustable for this purpose.
- Target caster: 5.5°. Factory caster is approximately 4°. Depending on your specific setup, achieving 5.5° may require upgrading the front lower control arms beyond what this kit includes — evaluate after installation.
- Caster below approximately 4° will result in light or vague steering feel — do not leave caster uncorrected after lift installation.
- Adjust sway bar links after lift to restore proper sway bar geometry and on-road handling.
- Alignment required after installation — budget for a full 4-wheel alignment at a shop familiar with lifted JL geometry.
- ADAS (forward collision, lane keep assist) recalibration may be required after suspension height change — verify with your dealer or ADAS calibration shop.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
- 1.5" lift on Rubicon: Up to 35" tires
- 1.5" lift on Sport/Sahara: Up to 33" tires
- Backspacing and offset affect final clearance — verify with your specific wheel spec before ordering tires. Rubicon models have wider fender flares which provide additional clearance margin over Sport/Sahara trims.
Engineering Question: Are you running a standard 392 or a 392 XR? The factory lift height differs between the two — standard 392 comes with 2", XR comes with 1.5" — which directly affects your net lift gain from this kit. Also confirm whether you need front lower control arm upgrades to achieve 5.5° caster on your specific build.
