The COR-1910220 Premium long rear lower control arms are built for the 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT on long arm suspension systems running 3.5" to 6"+ of lift. The adjuster end uses the CE-9114N-28 Narrow Series Johnny Joint — a 2.5" forged rod end with 1.25"-12 RH thread, 2.625" body width, and 40° of total misalignment. The forged body and greaseable zerk allow field service and rebuild without replacing the entire adjuster, which is the primary advantage of the Johnny Joint spec over a fixed bushing at this position. The axle-side mount uses Clayton's GIIRO dual-durometer bushing — a softer outer layer for NVH isolation and a stiffer inner core for lateral load resistance, self-centering through 30° of misalignment without binding. The arm tube is 2"x1/4" wall square DOM — the same cross-section used across Clayton's JT lower arm lineup — providing high bending resistance under the axle wrap and droop loads of a long arm build. Premium tube inserts (1.25"x12 RH, 1/4" wall square) are welded into the tube ends for thread integrity. The arm is adjuster-swappable with the Overland+ version (COR-1910020); the frame bracket and arm tube are identical. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA. Sold as a pair.

Installation & Fabrication Notes
- Long arm crossmember/bracket required — these arms will NOT install on a factory short arm skid plate or OEM frame mount. Verify your long arm conversion is in place before ordering.
- Grease the CE-9114N-28 Johnny Joint at the zerk fitting before first use and at regular service intervals — do not run dry.
- Adjust arm length before installation to approximate lift height and pinion angle target — fine-tune at ride height after installation.
- Torque all pivot bolts at ride height, not at full droop — torquing at droop preloads the GIIRO bushing and accelerates wear.
- Rear alignment (toe, thrust angle, and pinion angle) must be set after installation — do not skip alignment on a long arm build.
- On JT models with ADAS: recalibrate rear sensors and cameras after suspension geometry changes per Jeep service procedure.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
Compatible with standard JT wheel and tire combinations up to 37" tires on long arm lift systems running 3.5"–6"+ of lift. Larger tire fitment (38"+) may require additional clearance modifications — verify with your builder.
Engineering Question: Are you running a factory short arm suspension system on your JT? If yes, these long rear lower arms require a long arm crossmember or bracket kit — they will not mount to the OEM skid plate or factory frame bracket. Confirm your long arm conversion is in place and your lift height is 3.5" or greater before ordering.
