The COR-2908035 is Clayton Off Road's Premium short arm suspension lift kit for the JK platform in both 2-door and 4-door configurations, set at the 3.5" lift height. The Premium tier is Clayton's highest-spec short arm system — it combines GIIRO dual-durometer bushing joints (road noise isolation, maintenance-free) with forged Johnny Joint adjusters (greaseable, rebuildable, 40° misalignment capability) at all eight control arm positions. At 3.5", this kit is optimized for 35–36" tire fitment and is the most capable short arm configuration for JK builds that need full geometry control and long-term serviceability without stepping into a long arm system. A front CV-style driveshaft is highly recommended at this lift height to manage driveshaft angle and reduce vibration. 2012–2018 JK models require an exhaust spacer due to exhaust routing changes — available in the related items tab. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Align all 8 control arms, front and rear track bars after installation — all arms and bars are adjustable for caster, pinion angle, and axle centering.
• Grease Johnny Joint adjusters at initial installation and periodically thereafter — grease fittings are accessible with standard grease gun equipment.
• Front CV-style driveshaft is highly recommended at 3.5" of lift to manage driveshaft angle and reduce vibration — source separately before installation.
• 2012–2018 JK models require an exhaust spacer — available in the related items tab. Do not install without the spacer on applicable model years.
• Adjust sway bar links after lift to restore proper sway bar geometry and on-road handling.
• Full 4-wheel alignment required after installation — use a shop familiar with lifted JK geometry and multi-arm adjustability.
