The Premium tier is Clayton's highest-spec short arm system — it combines GIIRO dual-durometer bushing joints (for road noise isolation and maintenance-free operation) with forged Johnny Joint adjusters (greaseable, rebuildable, 40° misalignment capability) at all eight control arm positions. This dual-joint architecture gives you the on-road comfort of GIIRO with the off-road articulation ceiling of Johnny Joints. Net lift will be approximately 0.5–1" or more above the advertised 2.5" due to the Gladiator's suspension geometry — actual height varies by vehicle weight and accessories. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Align all 8 control arms, front and rear track bars after installation — all arms and bars are adjustable for caster, pinion angle, and axle centering.
• Grease Johnny Joint adjusters at initial installation and periodically thereafter — grease fittings are accessible with standard grease gun equipment.
• Adjust sway bar links after lift to restore proper sway bar geometry and on-road handling.
• Full 4-wheel alignment required after installation — use a shop familiar with lifted Gladiator JT geometry.
• ADAS (forward collision, lane keep assist) recalibration may be required after suspension height change — verify with your dealer or ADAS calibration shop.
• If running 400+ lbs of gear, order optional HD rear coil springs from the Recommended Products tab before installation to avoid having to re-spring after the fact.
